I found out when I finally filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against this group of thieves that they’re world famous at the BBB for being a thankless group of losers perpetrating as movers. You’re better off moving your own things. Hey Mike, you own a bunch of crap not a company!

WORSTMOVERSEVER! Deserve zero or negative stars. I am sure ANY other movers would be better than these ones. Eli the owner has no courtesy to talk to women. Was extremely rude to my wife. After finalizing and signing the quote, they revised it twice and added some taxes. They did not have an explanation for one of the taxes they added and it took them more than a week to figure out what that was. Furniture also got damaged. They wanted ‘all’ the money before they move the furniture to new place. They don’t tell this policy to everyone. There was a lack of communication at all stages. The guys who moved the stuff gave us a torn invoice with everything on it in extremely shabby handwriting. My employer was reimbursing me for the move and wanted a clear invoice so they could pay me for the damages. I followed up with Angi and Eli for close to 2 months and they did not send me an invoice. Eli being the owner didn’t take any responsibility and didn’t even respond to any calls/emails. After a lot of mental torture, I finally gave up on them and instead utilized all that energy to convince my employer to reimburse my expenses based on that torn useless invoice. Now that I finally have the money with me, I wanted to make sure I tell everyone that DONOTCHOOSETHESEMOVERS for you move.

Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. This one star review is based solely on the PRE-move experience. It was bad enough to encourage me to write this review. As the other reviewer mentioned, Frank the salesguy is quite the salesman. He’s pushy and dishonest. There’s a «special discount rate» but its only available if you sign up right away. He’ll threaten to raise the hourly rate by 20% if you can’t commit in the very near future. Also, be prepared for a low-ball estimate. Lastly, if you actually go ahead and ask for a quote, Frank will harass you every single day for weeks via phone and email to «follow-up». When asked not to call you back — he calls you back!
