Sander and Manny were super helpful. I had a complicated issue with switching my att number over and they were so nice and patient. We were here for nearly 2 hours and even had our 5 month old And it was not the awful experience that sounds like it should have been. Definitely recommend this location over the Atlantic one.

Great service! I came in there to reset two old phones on New Year’s Eve, and Manny was so helpful. He was very kind and patient about resetting my two dead phones, which he charged on the spot so that he can clear them for me. I am very grateful for his attentiveness. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for assistance or to buy a new phone. Thanks, Manny, and happy new year!

Just purchased my 2nd smartphone from this location. I purchased my 1st smartphone here a few years back. Everyone here is patient, helpful, and just great! If I could give more than 5 stars I honestly would! Customer service is everything to me and you will be well cared for here! I’m a fan of this location! Best customer service ever!!!

I’m so surprised to see the negative reviews, as well! I arrived at the store 20 minutes after they had CLOSED, and they opened up for me! Seriously?! Who does that anymore? And then, the salesperson proceeded to talk me through my upgrade options, showing no signs of impatience as I wavered back and forth between two different options. When I finally decided, he transferred all my data perfectly to my new phone and got me out of there lickety-split. I was honestly surprised by how above and beyond he went. Really positive experience.

I’ve been a customer of the Paging Zone since they first opened some years back, and have always had a great experience with the owner Bob. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Today I upgraded my phone from the Iphone 5 to the 6 plus, and a young gentleman named Ben walked me through all of the math and calculations. Admittedly I’m a luddite when it comes to technology, nor am I the best math whiz on the planet. Ben was patient and bright, and I left feeling as though I had been totally taken care of. Paging Zone will continue to get my business.

Had a great experience at this verizon location. The rep there was very thorough and made sure my phone was set up properly before leaving location. He took the time to explain the features of my new, Note 4. I would recommend this location to anyone that wants to honest thoughtful service.

Best place to go to! I just upgraded to an iPhone 6. Ben helped me transfer all my data to my new phone and he put on the screen protector which was awesome! Everything was quick and he was very helpful. Always going back there!

Stick to actual Verizon retailers. The folks who work here… they may think they’re being helpful, but it’s pretty clear that they aren’t totally familiar with how the intricacies of how Verizon contracts/upgrades work, so if you’re trying to do anything other than just look at a phone, you’re asking for trouble. In trying to do something as relatively simple as split off my girlfriend from her family’s plan, they somehow made it so complex/costly(and seemingly impossible, without screwing up the rest of her family’s upgrade schedule) that we just left. If you really need, for example, an iPhone that’s on back order elsewhere, they apparently are able to provide that — but a) do you really need it that fast? and b) there’s a definite markup on the retail price of a lot of the phones.

in my opinion from first hand experience this store in particular is dishonest with the way they they sell insurance and warranties. i bought an iphone 5 with the«in store global warranty» for an up-front $ 179. which was sold to be as…“you can bring your damaged iphone twice in two years and they’ll exchange it no questions asked, no payment, no nothing” I even said.“so right now. i can walk out the door, smash the phone on the concrete and bring you the pieces and you’ll give me a new one without me pulling out my wallet” and the salesman said, «absolutely, that’s why it cost’s $ 179 up front» Of course they didn’t have any paperwork for me on this and they just give you a website to visit. but i’m there without a computer or a phone and i’m buying on the spot. i didn’t jump through the hoops to get online and print out the fine print to see that there was in fact another $ 179 deductible on top of the initial $ 179 to fix a scuffed screen… so that’s on me, i’m a dumb-dumb… but be warned, they’ll tell you anything to get you to sign that contract and buy that warranty but i would suck it up and take their info and search everything online before swiping your credit card.

Dishonest Verizon vendor. When the screen cracked on my Moto X phone(and realized it was uninsured) I contacted Verizon and was quoted $ 399 to replace the phone but needed a phone immediately. Verizon suggested I purchase from a local retail store. I went to Paging Zone and was told by the young man at the counter that Verizon does not allow them to sell the phone without a contract but he would sell it to me for $ 479. I explained that I had just been on the phone with Verizon and had been quoted a retail price of $ 399. The young man denied this and I walked out, never to return. I subsequently purchased the phone from the Verizon store on Atlantic Ave for $ 399 which was a nightmare in itself due to their wacky system of servicing customers, but at least I was not lied to.

AMAZING !!! Walked into their store needing help with my phone that would not turn on. Sales rep. Albert fixed my phone in 45 seconds for FREE. Now a person would ask why is that a big deal? Answer, I walked into a different verizon store and was told I needed to pay $ 170 Dollars to get fixed. This Store and there staff are extremely nice and completely HONEST. I never write reviews but i felt obligated considering they did save me $ 170 bucks. Anyways as long as that staff is in that store My company and i will always be purchasing our electronic needs from there. Sincerely Extremely Satisfied Customer :)
