Terrible costumer service. Rude and unprofessional. When asked to explain something yell and never explain but complain that they are closing soon and dont have time for it.

Large selection of designer glasses. Great and courteous staff. Doctor was pleasant and fast. Got my sun glasses in one day. Highly recommended to everyone.

I had a great experience at Vision Palace. I needed a new pair of prescription glasses and made an appointment with Dr. Julia Sheyko. My appointment was for 12pm and the doctor saw me at 12:02. NO wait time at all! After I saw the doctor, Eugene helped me choose a pair of glasses. This place has great prices, way better than all the other places in the neighborhood and my prescription was ready on time. 5 stars all around!

I came here last week after a friend’s recommendation. Went in for a check up and got a new pair of glasses. The doctor is very pleasant. The staff was helpful: I am not the easiest customer when it comes to picking glasses but I didnt feel rushed like in some other places I been to. Altogether a great experience. Will come back for sure.

Why there is no «0» stars?!
This place is very very bad! First it took 2 weeks for them to make my prescription glasses. When i got there to pick them up finally, (by the way they didn’t even called me to say that they ready), they messed up my prescription!!! Wow!!! They start blaming optician saying that they set astigmatism wrong, told me they will redo it and it will be ready tomorrow. Guess what another 5 days passed i still don’t have them! This place is a JOKE!!! Don’t go there!!!

This place is horrible!
First I was told my glasses would be ready at a certain day but they weren’t. So when I called to follow up, I was basically reprimanded over the phone. I was told how long this procedure is to have my glassed delivered and yada yada.
My question is, if I was told they would be ready on Friday, why give me the run around until Tuesday and not return my calls?..
Poor service. There are much better places to go to on ave U
