This place definitely favors patients. I made an appointment for 10 am, and was not seen til 10:50 am because they felt that patients of their own ethnicity are more important than I was. If I wanted to be seen at 11 am, I would’ve made an 11 am appointment instead of sitting there for an hour. I used to come here regularly, and after this incident, I will be finding a new optometrist.

So my mom was in need of new eyeglasses and I found this place through her insurance program.
The staff was very friendly from the time I called for information and also during my visit to there store. They also have a large variety of eyeglass frames in many popular brands but mom opt for a basic pair.
There is also a representative that will assist you in figuring out what your insurance company will cover. I was very pleased with there service of my mom and I plan to return for my own needs in the near future.

I love the fact that it’s open 7 days a week. I was seen quickly, my questions were answered, and I got my prescription. They didn’t have my brand of contacts to take home that day, but the doctor did her best to provide me with a pair I could benefit from.
