I stopped in to pick up lunch for the boss… he likes his fish sandwiches on Fridays. When I returned to the office and he sat down to eat, the fish was frozen… not cold… FROZEN. A frozen piece of fish in a warm bun, gross. So as not to walk all the way back he tries to microwave it. Big mistake, this fish brick got worse, all mushy and soggy. I went back to complain to the manager and she flat out says, «He’s lying, it’s impossible.» Witch, anything is possible and the reality was that your crew served a frozen fish sandwich. Wendy’s, you just lost a patron. Unfortunately I have to leave one star by Unilocal rules.

I received an e-mail notification from the prior nights transaction at Wendy’s which should of been $ 4.94 but I was charged $ 15.91. I called and advised the manager«Ms. Johnson» who stated«I must of been charged for someone else’s order». As irritated as I was due to the inconvenience, Ms. Johnson was very professional and diligent in resolving the situation. I informed her that the drive-thru workers should give receipts with orders to which Ms. Johnson stated«They’re supposed to». Well, I guess I will have to ask henceforth. Overall food was decent — soda was borderline flat. Ms. Johnson is the reason I added an extra star.

To start, I walked up to enter Wendys. one of the employees locks the door and says they are closed. Procesed to the take out window… another employee states she didnt ring up what I actually asked for… during the order she constantly was cutting me off… finally, asked for ketchup… bec it wasnt in my bag… told me that there wasnt any more… after looking for ketchup. hands me 2 packets. and says there isnt any more… very poor service… the worst Ive ever had at Wendys! I will never go to this one ever again.

July 30th The staff are very Rude, and thet don, t no how to read a coupon, the coupon said buy one Dave Juicy cheeseburger get the second one free, they tried to get over saying I had to huy a soft drink and fries, and you can, t understand what they are saying, they practically scream at you, that was at the drive in counter, thats the service a person gets in a predominantly black neighborhood-will go out to the carnarcie Wendy’s for now on, I do have a microwave to reheat, No more Remsen Ave for me

Great Wendy’s! Service was superb. They get your name for you order and everything. Very clean. Cleanest I’ve seen at least. Food was good as usual for Wendy’s. They have the new futuristic soda machines with the touch screens and a billion flavors. I got a super cold cherry vanilla coke mix. It was delicious. Would recommend for a Michelin star.

renovation looks wonderful, Too bad the staff are a bunch of bumbling idiots. My order is Never correct !!! The Manager looks like an extra from orange is the new black !!! not Nice at all !!! I still dont understand why they take your name and then scream it out. everyone waits on the side waiting for their name to be called … If you go thru the drive thru, they make you park to the side and then bring your food to you. But I guess its as good as it gets here in canarsie brooklyn … what was I thinking …

Clean, more than adequate seating with late drive thru hrs. Have stopped here on numerous occasions late night on my way home from work. Always does the trick. The staff are pleasant.

Wait, what? What is the A-train doing all the way out in Canarsie at a drive-thru Wendy’s? Well, it’s the only restaurant that’s «close» to a job site I’ve started visiting. Two blocks from a DEP maintenence facility we’re building, there were mostly construction workers mainly coming in to eat-in. Service can a bit slow as they focus primarily on drive-thru business. Food was much like any other Wendy’s but my chilli could have used a bit more stew time and the beef in my burger seemed a bit cold. Plus side is that the place is fairly clean and there weren’t any graffiti in the bathroom.
