Since I enjoy being able to make phone calls from my own apartment, I decided to switch from AT&T to Verizon. And I’m so glad I came to this location, because it’s run by Max.
Max is the man. Seriously. I think it says a lot about the world we live in, but I was absolutely flabbergasted by the excellent service we received at this Verizon store. Max is friendly, articulate, efficient and so very, very knowledgeable.
At any given time, he knows (off the top of his head) what he has in stock, how long it will take to order what he doesn’t have, everything you need to make it happen, where you need to go to get anything he can’t provide you with, how the plans work, the best way to decide which plan works for you, how to take advantage of the best prices and more. If you don’t have all the documentation you need to take care of everything on the spot, he’ll walk you through how to do it at home. And the man puts a screen protector on like a champ.
