Burger King

If I coulf give this Burger King 0 stars I would. We don’t eat here very often and we do have a bigger, but the times we have gone to this burger king it has been a nightmare and this last time is enough to make me never return. Good thing they are all over. They #1 everytime have forgot a drink, not a big deal untill you have to ask… then the manager comes over and asks for you receipt, ok fine. Gave her the reciept she gives it back… she starts handing us our food still no drink… as i am checking the order we are short 4 fries and a chicken sandwich. while we still don’t have the drink. She comes over and asks if their is a problem… Really??? So I told her we were still waiting on the drink and also we still needed 4 fries and a chicken sandwich. Once agian she asks for the receipt. At this point i was ready to scream… She then aksed to check the bags ok fine she checks them gives a smart ass smerk and gives me the food we were missing still not the drink. Finally she came over and handed me the drink mind you that had been sitting by the window this whole now 20 min stop for fast food… I got know thank you. sorry about your wait… sorry about the confusion on your order. Nothing… then to top it off they act like you are breaking them to ask for extra napkins because they give you 2 extra mayo packets and bbq sauce. They are slow because they mess up or order and your food is cold or if they are fast they forget half your order and what you do get is cold. Sorry for the long rant however it’s not the first time. I understand everyone has bad days but really?

This location was fast with the order taking and the delivery of food. The floors and tables were clean. The 80s music was a cool twist from the usual corporate advertising. The only thing odd was no pump ketchup dispensers you had to get packets from the cashier.
