Bob has been maintaining my sewing machines for over 30 years. His shop, Make it Sew, is the best place in town to have your sewing machine tuned up and, if needed, repaired. Bob and Karen are honest, trustworthy and honorable business owners. I would recommend Make It Sew over any store in the country.

Go here!!! If you need sewing lessons, or just need a quick lesson because you are rusty just go here!!! I met with Bob and I knew I had an ‘operator error’ but couldn’t fix it. He gives you the first 10 minutes free to fix your machine. He was quick funny and very informative. He taught me a couple new things about my machine even though I have been sewing since I was a little girl. I recommend everybody going here seriously… Go here!!!

Clean store, helpful staff. I needed a part for a vintage singer and the owner gave it to me for about half the price of comparable offers on eBay. He even showed me how to install it!

If I could bring Bob out to California to be my personal sewing machine service guy I selfishly would… he bent over backwards with a smile to keep my Necchi going strong for many years. He was always honest and friendly — a great local business to support in my opinion.
