Collar Cuts Mobile Grooming

This company has changed their name to My Mobile Pet Groomer. Same number however. I did a google search and called them to set up an appointment. Anyway, they quoted me a price to groom my medium sized dog at $ 45-​$ 50. Set up an appointment for later that day.
They showed up at my house. Were finished quite quickly. She said that my total was $ 60. I asked her why it was more than the quoted price and she told me that my dog was difficult and matted. I have never had any complaints from my other groomer about her being difficult. And, she was not in bad condition. But fair enough, not much I could do on that.
However, when she left, I saw that she had swept all of the hair and some animal droppings into the street in front of my house. After calling and complaining about this, she came back as I was picking it up. She said that she forgot to ask for a bag to pick it up. So disgusting.

I will definitely use this groomer again. She was wonderful! I had both my dogs fully groomed and cut, and have gone through several groomers until now. Besides the fact that this mobile service comes to you, this was by far the best grooming both of my dogs have ever had. The trailer was clean, and heated. I was very pleased and the gal that groomed them was very personable, knowledgable, and pleasant. A little on the pricy side compared to a past mobile groomer I used but I feel it was worth it! LOVE this mobile groomer! I had never used this type of service before but was feeling lazy to groom my dogs. I researched mobile groomers and it was hard to find one to pick so, I just picked one… Collar Cuts. Lana came out on my appointment and I LOVED how they looked and smelled! Usually, when I bathe my dogs… they still kinda smell like dogs. NOT with Lana, they smell really good! Seriously! She was sweet prompt and a terrific groomer! I’m hooked. It’s not super cheap (but totally worth it) but my experience changed me to make it part of my routine. I plan on about every 3 months having my dogs bathed and shaved (if needed)
