Elite Auto Glass

I recently had a windshield chip repaired at this location, and it was totally painless. The staff was very friendly and the whole process took about 30 – 45 minutes while I waited.
The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is that when I called originally to set up my appointment, my call went to a call center, and the girl I spoke with was really kind of snotty. She got exasperated when I said I didn’t want to go through my insurance company (why would she care?!), and sighed heavily several times when I asked her questions. I ended up telling her I’d call later to finalize the appointment because I just didn’t want to deal with her any more. The next day, my call was still answered at the call center but the gentleman I spoke with was so much more helpful. I still wish I could’ve spoken to someone at the actual physical location but in the end everything went fine with my appointment. I’d definitely use them again (but hopefully I won’t have to!).

My experience with Elite/​Safelite was easily the least painful auto repair ever.
Prices were the same as places I called where I’d have had to drive the car in, but they sent a person to my home to do the install.
Everyone, from start to finish, was courteous, friendly and efficient — one of their goals seems to be to keep everything hassle-​free, and they did!
When the technician arrived, on-​time, he had the work completed in less than half and hour.
Good price, good service, fast, efficient, courteous… I’m extremely impressed. The best part was that all it took was a phone call. No hassle, no lengthy annoying processes — just a call and the next day, I get a new windshield without having to miss work or anything.
