Gap

This review is just for the Gap Kids section.
I have bought so many stylish and well made children’s items here, from infant/​newborn gifts, to big boys jeans and cargos. Perhaps the most loved category for my family has been the cotton pajamas. They are soft and sized well and the colors and patterns quite unique, with that true «Gap» look. We started out with the one piece styles and moved up to both the long sleeves, long legs for winter and the short sleeve, short legs for summer.
I love it when they have clearance sales too! Real bargains are to be had. Sometimes this store is out of sizes in some basics like underwear and socks so I have ordered online to supplement.

I am writing this review based on an employee I had an encounter with. I wish there was a better way to tell management how great she was, so hopefully it’s seen on here :)
I was in the Flatirons Mall GAP last week trying on jeans. This was during the Buy One Get One %50 off, so their stock was diminishing quickly. Still, I found two pairs of jeans, but one was the «Tall» length, and the associate, Aubrey, explained that «long» would be a little shorter — but they had none. She then went on a «State-​wide-​manhunt» ;) She was so sweet and continued to check in on me, bringing different sizes and trying to hunt down my jeans. She even called
to ask about their inventory, and was prepared to help me buy both jeans online so I could get the BOGO deal. After about 15 minutes of work, that she offered to do, we had no luck of finding the right size for me.
Aubrey felt terrible, so then she started explaining when shipment would come in, and to continue to call and check. She suggested buying the «tall» length jeans, and the other pair to get the deal, but then I could exchange the wrong size when the right size was in stock.
It all just seemed over the top and wonderful. I was able to compare this service when a similar incident was happening to another lady in the Cherry Creek location a few days later… the associates there were rude and unsympathetic offering no solutions. It was sad to see this woman stressed out and irritated.
So for whatever it’s worth, thank you Aubrey, you’re sweetness and care will take you far in life — to GAP: Promote HER!

Good affordable basics. Unfortunately, this particular location needs some kind of boost. The store feels dark and the variety of styles Gap used to offer seem very limited.

Their sale rack is lacking, but where they redeem is maternity jeans!!! I understand they at $ 70 but they are worth EVERY penny! Very comfortable and fit well! Best purchase to date for maternity items.

When gap has a sale, they have a SALE!
We weren’t disappointed this visit either, two pair of pants for $ 22! They needed more cashiers, but otherwise it was a good visit.
