Nice atmosphere for a strip mall. Nice cuts of fish on the nigiri sushi. Kind, friendly service. Decent nigori, unfiltered sake. Mostly fair pricing. We also had them for carry-out and got the sushi combo + a couple of rolls. Their fish cuts were very small for carry-out. Perhaps due to ordering the combo. But, I definitely recommend this place for dine-in, and will give them another shot for carry-out even though we ended a bit disappointed last time. Glad to find something up-there with Boulder, Denver, or Chicago-grade sushi here in the Broomfield /Lafayette area. Good job!

Beautiful presentation. The sakura was a nice touch to our sushi platter. Staff that cares about what you eat. Will tell you what to avoid so you aren’t disappointed. Not busy around 11am.(my tummy is on EST when I work in Denver) Lots of TVs so you can tune out your dining partner if needed or to not feel so lonely if you don’t have one. The Hot Orgasm roll is on point. Green chili in a roll is very unexpected. Total defies traditionalism, but I like a rebel. Average priced. Would return for lunch.

Go Fish has some of the best Sushi in town! Highly recommend this place. My husband and I love everyone on the staff, as they are always very friendly. Andrew was our server and he is highly recommended! He is very friendly and attentive and recommended some amazing rolls for us!

Went for lunch & it was just ok. Presentation was beautiful but the sushi quality was mediocre & the service was slow. If I am in the neighborhood again I’d look for other opportunities.

Not sure if we just caught a bad day or not. Wow, everything was weak. Miso soup, not too bad. Don’t remember seeing any seaweed in it. Ordered tempura udon. Generous portion of tempura(3 shrimp, and various other veggie tempuras). The udon broth, however was tasteless. We had to add soy sauce(meant for the sushi) into the broth, but it was beyond saving. Wanted to try their new style sashimi, as I am a sucker for that dish. They only offered five pieces of sashimi, with very little in the way of sauce(ponzu?). We also ordered the dynamite and amazing rolls. So dissapointed! The rolls, while they sounded exotic, left the taste buds wanting much more. All you could taste was some of the rice and some fish… the rest was just filler and was very underwhelming. We were courteous diners and just ate and paid and tipped customarily, but probably will not dine there again. Prob the most unimpressive sushi restaurant in Denver. Why 2 stars? Service was attentive and polite. Sadly, not in the class of Sushi Den, Hana Matsuri or Sushi North.

Arguably some of the best sushi in town! It’s pretty hard to find decent sushi places outside of Denver. Go Fish was a very nice surprise, the sushi itself is surprisingly well made and a lot of work is put into the presentation. The Sashimi is average at best, I honestly would not recommend getting this. However the specialty rolls could compete with any other sushi restaurants out there, keeping in mind these rolls should be nearly impossible mess up they will meet your expectations. My only complaint, more advice if anything else is to do a better job training your waiters. He was incredibly nice and did a great job actually serving the table. Sadly it seemed like he wasn’t very familiar with the menu, I would actually say he didn’t know much about sushi in general. Overall I still highly recommend this place of you aren’t wanting to drive down to Denver.

Love Go fish! Andrew is a fantastic waiter and remembers is every time we come in. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because their sushi changes consistently. I always get the spicy shrimp roll and sometime it’s mainly all cucumber and others it’s loaded up with shrimp which I prefer.

Absolutely PERFECT! A friend had told us about Go Fish so we decided to give it a shot and I am SOOO glad we did. We arrived around 5pm on a Saturday and were pleased to find out it was actually Happy Hour. We took advantage of some of the $ 10 specialty rolls. It wasn’t empty but also wasn’t packed. There were probably 5 tables occupied when we got there but we definitely beat the rush. We had the Miso soup(great) salmon nigiri, the Dinosaur Roll, Sunshine, Sex on the Beach, and our fav the Hot Orgasm roll. All of them were delicious, unique, and the rice was cooked perfectly. The salmon also tasted as fresh as it gets and they make sure to ask if you want nigiri or sashimi. They make their own soy sauce which is always a plus for me! The presentation is a 10 compared to a lot of the other sushi restaurants on the north side of town. The service was on point as well, never went without water and it all came out pretty quick. It was an overall great experience and I couldn’t even come up with one complaint if I tried. Keep it up, Go Fish!

I really like the presentation of the dishes at Go Fish. They make you feel very welcome even at happy hour and the attentive wait staff really make you feel at home. We’ve been here several times now and their eggplant roll is a must have. The one thing that didn’t impress was their ramen. If you are craving japanese noodle soup, go somewhere else. Their sushi is fresh and on point though, and you can’t beat their happy hour prices anywhere in Westminster.

This is my new favorite sushi restaurant up north. Everything is fresh, service is good, happy hour is outstanding, and décor is clean and nice. Give this place a try and fall in love.

Second time here and it is just as good as the first. Tried the Las Vegas roll and the go fish roll both delicious also had the firecracker roll last time and it was good. Free tempura cheesecake if you check in on Unilocal… Yummy. They have plenty of different unique rolls to try I would definitely recommend trying this place if you’re in the mood for sushi.

Sooooo good! I’ve been on a sushi craze lately, trying places all around town. This is definitely my favorite right now! The staff was really friendly and attentive. The food was put together in a really cool, artistic manner. My boyfriend and I went for the first time a few months back and the service was pretty good, and the food was fantastic. Then, we went for a second time and it was amazing! The sushi is to die for. The servers are attentive. The cooks are so great! They make amazing food AND spend time making it look so creatively beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Most of my favorite sushi places are in Denver. Haven’t had much luck finding a place that’s close to my home until now. Excellent sushi… Excellent service… Excellent experience. Will definitely be back to Go Fish.

First impression was good and I liked the interior design a lot. Pleasantly surprised with how good the sushi was. Had a lot of interesting rolls and a lot of variety on the menu to choose from. A lot of the rolls used imitation crab which I would try and avoid since I’m not a fan of it. Stick with the fish-based rolls and you’ll be happy! Miso ramen was pretty decent as well and the egg in it was delicious. The miso soup is a big portion for $ 2 and is great to start off with.

I am a big fan of Go Fish in Denver, so I was very excited to see that they opened a new location in Broomfield. This first thing you notice about the restaurant is that it has a nice colorful, calming ambiance. The lighting is peaceful, the music is current, and has a sense of a causal dining you would see in Denver. The artwork in the restaurant is tasteful and is a good conversation starter. We ordered two speciality rolls, the first was Pay Roll, it had a good texture combination between spicy tuna and tempura sweet potato. The other one was a Pink Lady Roll, and the server recommended it as the roll many costumers enjoy. The naming of the Pink Lady roll basically describes what’s in it, spicy tuna, salmon and kani. They just recently opened and business on the weekend is good. I definitely will come back here to try some of the other speciality rolls.

Incredibly unorganized. They weren’t taking names on a Friday night… Just resorting to asking«who’s been here the longest.» The sushi was very mediocre, and not up to par. I was underwhelmed. Also, and I know your average sushi place uses this too, but their crab is the crappy imitation crab. It’s everywhere, but it still irks me. The menus aren’t consistent between both locations, either. I have never been to Go Fish before(either location), so I used the online menu to guide me beforehand. You’d think since the two restaurants share a website, the website would more accurately portray what was offered at the new location. It didn’t even specify that the online order system is ONLY for the Denver location. I may give this place another try next year to give them a chance to get the kinks out of their operation.

I’ve been a huge fan of Go Fish’s original location on Broadway in Denver, and we North Denverites have been chomping at the bit for their northern location to open. We couldn’t make it on opening day, but made it the next day, and this location is just as delightful as the original. Not only are there a few extra special new rolls unique to this location, but they have their full menu as well, including a variety of vegetarian rolls(such as green chili tempura, eggplant, and tempura broccoli). Plus, if you’re awesome, you can order the Shanna Roll(cucumber, oshinko and cream cheese inside, mango and avocado outside). Lee has moved from managing the Denver location to this one, so you know the service is going to be on point. They have a great happy hour, and if you order enough sushi, they’ll frequently give you a nice surprise along with your bill. So excited to have a new location with fresh fish(my partner says no where in Denver is better, except for place that charge $ 15+ a roll), and fabulous vegetarian options that take you beyond just avocado rolls. Add music for the 70s and 80s, fun atmosphere, and plenty of parking, and this is just what the northern suburbs need.
