I have been going to InForm Fitness for a few months now and wanted to give it some time before I wrote a review. I had never heard of the«Power of 10» workout routine before my wife read about this and found Chuck’s studio. The concept is that you lift heavy weights using slow controlled movements. I have been very impressed with the workout and my progress. I have several old injuries that have prevented me sticking with more traditional workouts. I am happy to write that I have been able to stick with this routine and feel so much better.

SuperSlow is the best thing I’ve done for my health in many years, and I intend to keep doing it forever. No impact, no injury, improved metabolism and proprioception… what’s not to like? Chuck’s knowledge and enthusiasm are unsurpassed. He TAILORS the routine to your physique, abilities and goals. I encourage anyone, of any age, to give this protocol a try. Thank you, Chuck!

My husband and I got into the super-slow fitness routine about 8 months ago in Austin, and we are true believers! We both feel stronger and healthier than we have in years. It’s so much more productive than the spinning/ballet barre workouts I had been doing, and a fraction of the time! When we moved to Colorado this summer, we were desperate to find a similar program and trainer here. How LUCKY that we found Chuck at Inform Fitness! He is so knowledgable, supportive, and enthusiastic. Our experience so far has been even better than in Austin! I would recommend Chuck, and this program, to anyone — it works!
