This store has great customer service! Every time I have gone in there I am greeted and the sales associates always go above and beyond to find the perfect fit and look for you! Also, this store has amazing deals! I bought a $ 99.00 shirt for $ 45.00 !! Amazing quality that J. Crew has always held up its standard to. I will be going back! Cannot saying anything bad about this location!

It seems like this is the perfectly sized store to get men’s hopes up and then dash them. It is big enough to get a few of most items in, but small enough that they sell out almost instantaneously. If I was looking for a phone so that I could order via their toll free number I would have stayed at home.
Oh yeah, the whole place stinks like a combination of locker room and salvation army as well. That isn’t their fault: it’s the popcorn vendor outside, but it is still really off-​putting. When I first shopped there it smelled exactly like they were selling dirty clothes.
For women it may be a different deal with the amount of in-​stock merchandise, but the smell is the same!

Great place to shop for both men and women! My husband finds a lot of business casual clothes for work here! They also have a great college student discount! 15% off regular priced items!!!

Just your typical J Crew. We came here to look for a men’s sweater and couldn’t find anything. Sigh, boring. Over the last 10 years or so, J. Crew’s clothes have gotten cheaper, less well fitted, and fairly ho hum. But, sometimes there are good basics and that’s why they get the 2 stars.
At this location a worker could not be found. We strolled around for 10 minutes and didn’t see another soul. If we had wanted to buy something, we’d have been out of luck. If we’d have wanted to walk out with something free, we’d have been in business.
