Great store! We had excellent customer service from Matt! My fiancé bought me a beautiful bracelet and Matt gave him a really cute black bag to put it in… great jewelry carry case for travel. Thanks to both of the Matts! We will be back. Great selection of watches. Looks like they work on them as well. We need to spend more time in this store. The Revolt watch selection was awesome.

Fantastic work, same day service, and the prices are not as high as other places. I called several other stores about getting my watch cleaned and the battery replaced only to find they would need to mail my watch off, turn around was 2 – 3 weeks and the cost started at $ 150 which I would need to pay up front. This store completed the work in house in 30 minutes for $ 50 on a 5 year plan. The service was friendly and they were quite knowledgeable as well.

Similar to another reviewer(why didn’t I check this first?), Precision Time has had my watch for 2 months now and getting updates is very difficult. Just called again today only to hear that ‘they are now working on it’(what they told me two weeks ago too), and would be contacting me tomorrow with an update. At this point, unless it is fixed and on it’s way tomorrow, I’ll be requesting that they immediately return it without repairing it. Might cost a bit more, but a local watch repair shop or jeweler would be a far better choice.

I blogged earlier about my experience with Precision Time customer service. At the time, I was without a watch, waiting on a repair for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, the situation became much worse. First Precision Time was going to repair my recently purchased watch within 1 hour. They could not. Then, they were going to swap the watch with arriving inventory. Then, they were going to search for a similar watch at another store. Then, they were going to send it back to the manufacturer for repair. As far as I am able to determine, it was sent the manufacturer twice. In all, they had the watch for 5 months! During this time, no one at Precision Time took any responsibility for getting my watch back. Each time I visited the store, it was like ‘Groundhog Day’. We would go through the same conversation. The manager would explain that it takes 4 – 6 weeks for the manufacturer to fix the watch and send it back even though we were way beyond that timeframe. Then, she would ask for my phone number… again. Eventually, I began working with the Service Center and had the watch sent directly back to me after repair by the manufacturer. When it arrived after being out of my possession for 5 months, it was damaged. Someone in the repair process had severely scratched the watch on 2 sides while trying to remove the face plate for repair. My guess is that this occurred during the initial attempt by Precision Time to repair the watch during the first hour and was unable to do so. I returned to Precision Time and asked for my money back. The Manager was unauthorized to do so. She said she needed to research the issue to determine what had happened and that it would take 24 hours. A return to the store after 24 hours, the manager had the day off. Once again, a promise to follow up was not kept. A call to the manager’s regional manager went unanswered and voice mail was full(what a surprise). At no point in this process has anyone from Precision Time taken responsibility for making this issue right. Next step, more blogging, complaint with BBB, small claims court. Precision Time doesn’t get it. It’s not about the watch.

I bought a watch this Christmas as a gift for my wife. After the purchase we had to go back for a minor customer service issue, and the store handled it extremely well, and in particular Jenny was very helpful. She went above and beyond what was required and«did what it took» to help us. My attitude about small, mall-based stores like this in the past always been a bit cautious, but after my experience with this company I won’t hesitate to buy from them again. Both Jenny’s help, and the store’s support of her efforts, were terrific.

Went in here to get a battery changed on my watch. I probably should have either Unilocaled before I came here or done more research, but it was a convenience factor for me to lump it in with my other shopping, as I’d noticed my watch had stopped working in the infrequent times I actually wear one. Battery was changed professionally in about 10 mins for $ 12, $ 13 and change w/tax. Seems a bit expensive… but this is Flatirons Crossing Mall we’re talking here. They do have an amazing selection of watches here, from down-n-dirty grunge types to fine timepieces which probably run into the $ 1000s and up — you can check em out on the weblink I posted as well.
