I know I shouldn’t expect much from fast food, but the last two times I’ve gone to this Jack in the Box have been terrible! A couple days ago I went and drove away then realized they gave me no napkins or straws and no fork for the chicken bowl! I should have checked before driving off. And today there was no ice in my soda, my curly fries were underdone to the point they tasted gross, and my Sourdough Jack looked like they squished the bread and sandwhich on the grill for about 3 seconds each side and then crumpled it in the paper. I didn’t trust it. I guess this is my sign to give up fast food! Peace out Jack Box, I’m very disappointed and that says a lot considering I already have low expectations of fast food.

Disgusting place!!! There was coffee spilled all over the floor, dirty tables with ketchup smeared on the seats. The place smelled bad. They took 15 minutes to make a breakfast burrito.

I should have stopped when I saw the guy behind the counter preparing food with rubber gloves on and when her wasn’t fixing food he had his hand up under his shirt and down his pants, then pull it out and continued fixing food that just plain gross! The what I think was the manager just didn’t care I guess, with this in my mind I started looking around there was spilled stuff on the floor that had been there so long that it was dried then I found stuff under tabled the were crusted over, ketchup that had been spilled on the counter so long it was dried out this is just nasty, I took pictures of all this to back it up. I am calling the health department because if this is how things are where we can see it just what does it look like behind the counter? This was just to gross.

The food is good and there’s been this really nice girl at the register everytime I’ve been in recently who I think is assistant or just manager. I grew up with a Jack in the Box near me in Cali, so it brings back fond memories! The only reason I don’t give this location a five star is because I felt for as new of a building as it is that the standards weren’t really being upheld. Simply put, it looks more run down than it is in age. Not a good sign. The couple times I went in I noticed it was extremely gender one sided heavy– like all guys and one girl ! Balance is key, but trust me, I know first hand how hard it can be, and my reasoning for pointing that out is to shed light, not cause prob’s. Both times I went in, the girl behind the counter seemed to be doing it all, and most of the guys didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency. All in all food was good, all needs met! Thanks guys! And gal! lol

Ordered a burger and they forgot the cheese. … on a cheeseburger. Curly fries were gross. Chicken strips were okay, but the burger was disgusting. No cheese as ordered and waaaay too much mayo. This was my first and last visit.

I don’t really care for Jack-in-the-Box and they now have an automated ordering thing inside and so the employees don’t pay much attention to you until that thing doesn’t work and then they complain about the other shifts right in front of us. My turkey sandwich was good but their was a lot of the tomato pesto on it. I do like their curly fries and I like the fact you can get breakfast all day. All in all they are ok

I admit to the occasional craving for Jack in the Box. And late last night, I had one of those cravings. I’ve had reasonably good experiences at this location during the day, but apparently, at night, things are different. Now, it was about midnight. When I drove up, there was one other car ahead of me, but it took maybe ten minutes before they were served. I noticed a couple of patrons in the store at one table — it wasn’t busy. I figured maybe the person had ordered something unusual. Normally, I check the bag before driving off, but I’d been waiting quite a bit already, and foolishly did not. Naturally, when I got all the way back home, I discovered that one of our sandwiches was missing. This is not something I make a big deal about. It happens. So I called the number on the receipt, to let them know I was missing a sandwich, and would be returning to pick it up. The number was disconnected. So I looked up the number on the web, and called. A man answered, and when I asked him if he was the manager, he said yes. I verified that I had the correct location as well. I explained the problem, and he said«Well just drive back here and come inside the restaurant and when you get here we’ll make you your sandwich.» I said that the rest of my food was getting cold, and would prefer that they make the sandwich before I arrived, so that I could just pick it up at the window, and return home to eat. He said that was fine, and he would see to it personally. I drove back(it’s only a couple miles), and waited behind one person at the drive through window(maybe 30 seconds). When I got to the window, I said«Hi! I’m the guy who called about a missing sandwich, your manager said it would be ready.» She indicated that she had no idea what I was talking about. I asked her to please ask the manager I’d spoken to, as he said he’d take care of it personally. After a few minutes, she came back to the window and said«He said he doesn’t know what you’re talking about, but if you come inside, he’ll make you a sandwich.» So I parked, and went into the restaurant, a little annoyed at this point. There was one occupied table with two people in it, nobody at the counter. While waiting I could hear the voice of the person I’d spoken to on the phone, and a guy came out from the back and started fiddling around with some food. While standing there, I noted that not only was the front of the restaurant messy, with dirty floors, but the back where the food is prepared was an utter pig-sty. There were fries and sandwich buns, napkins, and what may have been taco or hamburger meat scattered all over the floor. It looked like the employees had just been walking through it all night. The counters where food was prepared were also messy. Eventually, the manager walked over and asked«How can I help you?» I said«I’m the guy who called a few minutes ago about a sandwich missing from my order.» He then looked me dead in the eye and said«I don’t know anything about that, I didn’t take any phone calls.» Now, I’m not deaf, and I’m not dumb, either. There were two women working there, and one man — him. He clearly sounded like the person I’d spoken to. I asked him, «You are the manager on duty, correct?» He said he was. What, they have two managers with identical voices working the late shift at a tiny location? Not wanting to argue, I explained that I just wanted the sandwich I paid for and didn’t get. He flung(literally flung) some coupons in my direction. I said I didn’t want coupons, I wanted the darn sandwich, so I could go home and eat with my family. He then stalked over to the back, threw a sandwich together sloppily, wrapped it up, dropped it on the floor, then picked it up and shoved it at me. At least it was wrapped before he dropped it! I then said«Say, if you’re the manager on duty, don’t you think you should do something about the filthy state of your floors and counters? It’s the middle of the night, it’s not like it’s lunch rush or anything — can’t you see the place is a mess?» He said«It was really busy a few minutes ago.» About the only time in the preceding _hour_that it could _possibly_have been busy without me seeing it was during the fifteen minutes or so it took me to get home and then back to the restaurant. So, order wrong, harried grouchy employees, filthy food prep area, and manager who bald-face lies right in the customer’s face. I don’t expect to be swept off my feet by fast food, but I don’t think it’s too much to ask that when an order is wrong, it be corrected without hassle, that I not get lied to, and that the restaurant not look like a food-fight has occurred inside.

This place opened in the past couple months right outside a Super Walmart. Being from the East Coast I had never actually experienced a Jack in the Box until very recently. It’s fast food so sorry — I can’t really go above 2 stars. I will say the tacos hit the spot every once and a while. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are on point. And you have the option of regular fries, curly seasoned fries, or onion rings. They also offer breakfast — just haven’t had the pleasure of trying.
