Sub-par burgers and fries at an absolutely premium price. Food: About the only redeeming quality is that the burger itself is moist, even though they insist on making it well done. The toppings are just cans of junk and it tastes like it. Fries are just ok. Not good, not bad. Prices: Holy moly. Bring money. Bring lots of money. You’re going to need it. $ 6 for a single burger. $ 3.79 for a small fry. Insanity. Service: It was fine, but they did mess up my order. Ordered lettuce, got no lettuce. Can’t say I’d ever opt to go here on my own. Would reluctantly oblige if others were hard over on it.

Don’t listen to the self-entitled cry babies that gave this place a bad review because 5 Guys rocks! The double bacon cheese burger was outstanding, the place was clean and friendly. I didn’t have to wait very long at all, got my food, it was accurate, hot and juicy! Had way more fries in the bag than I could eat and left very satisfied!

Always great service, friendly staff, generally clean store And the best burgers! I usually get disappointed when I’m finished that it’s gone!

My last trip there was exactly that. They need to rename the place: Five Guys Garbage and Flies. Lots of staff, lots of milling about and chatting producing a long wait time, during a slow time of the day, for a disappointing meal. My order was wrong(but saved) and the whole thing tasted like nothing. Are seasonings allowed on the premises? There are numerous offerings of toppings, but they were indistinguishable from one another as far as flavor and texture. Do they all come out of the same can? We’ve all had cafeteria food that tastes like generic yuck, but you visit a place like this for something different or distinct; a flavor signature, if you will. Maybe no one that works there, manages or owns the joint tastes the food. They should and if they feel it is acceptable, they need to go to a place where the food has taste so they can acquire a frame of reference from which to temper their cookery. I’ve also never had fries with no seasonings and/or little to no salt which equals yuck squared, especially for five bucks. Top it all off with dirty tables that could have been cleaned by one of the staff that was jaw-jackin’ while all of this was going down and it boggles the mind that these guys have customers that«rave» about them. Only a loon would expect haute cuisine from a burger joint, but ya gotta hit the basics: cleanliness, flavorful food and good service otherwise, why should anyone bother coming in?

Came here 6:30 on a Friday night. Big line but it moved quickly. We ordered two burgers and fries. One burger came out medium, the other came out burned. Fries were soggy with grease and mushy on the inside. I.e. undercooked… oil was too cold. Fries were also unsalted. I wish I could say it was a fluke because I’ve had 5 guys at other locations and didn’t have this problem. Its happened twice here. Recommend you go elsewhere for a burger.

Love Five Guys Burgers! This location has very friendly staff, and they are quick even though they are always busy! The only thing I don’t like is that the menu is a little hard to understand, little burger vs. regular burger vs. what I need to order if I want a double patty vs. single patty? Maybe it’s just me, but it always trips me up and the staff is in too big of a hurry to lay it all out(understandably). Last time we went we ordered a medium fry, and when I asked for a medium also, the cashier said one medium fry was probably enough for us both since they overflow their cups. The info was appreciated, but sadly, when we got home the amount of fries was definitely not enough to split. I LOVE that they offer malt vinegar and take home cups, their Cajun fries are delicious, and I really like the variety of toppings they offer. Best fast food burger around in my opinion. I plan to try the kosher dog next time around!

Five Guys is nothing but a Burger King with better marketing. Came here today to see if I could change my mind about how terrible this establishment is. And nope, still boof grade garbagio. You can get a real burger for the same price at larkburger Bless up Fam

I’ve always had good service at this 5 Guys. I come in about once a month since I work nearby. They always have a friendly person at the front counter and are quick to get your order and payment. I love knowing that my burger goes on the grill the grill the second I order it. I usually order a cheeseburger with small fry — they really load up the little fry holder which is nice — although I can’t always finish them all! The burgers are to die for. Plain and simple. Totally worth the extra few bucks compared to Smashburger or other other burger chains. Very pleased with the staff and product of this restaurant!

For a fast food restaurant it has some really good hamburgers and fries. Funny enough the last couple times there’s really has been five guys working with no girls lol. I think it is all coincidental.

A burger the way you want it. Juicy thick patty of meat(that some idiots call greasy) dressed with the toppings of your choice. The fries are exceptional. Fresh cut from Idaho russet potatoes. Not the blanched and frozen crap like SmushBurger. Try them extra-crispy. Too bad they don’t have ‘Fry Sauce’. The peanuts are a fun touch. Highly recommended!

They get two stars for speed, but my order was wrong. When I got there they were reopening my burger to add the grilled jalepenos. I got home(15 min drive) and my burger was missing the hot sauce. Not worth a drive back. I ordered a regular cajun fry since unplanned on sharing with my fiancé, but I should have got a large. The cup was barely full and then at the bottom of the bag is a small sprinkling of fries. I finished my burger and all my fries and I am still hungry(normally a burger and small fry is too much). Good thing my fiancé doesn’t like their fries and won’t be too disappointed there aren’t any left. But damn… $ 3.79 for a small fry?!

Really this should be a three star review, but the fries are so good that sometimes I have to come in just to have them. Also, they have shakes now, which was a big lack when I first started eating here. And my last couple hamburgers here have been delish. So four stars. It is not the ultimate burger joint(that’s Cherry Cricket), but it’s good and will satisfy your burger craving(unlike Larkburger) and your fry craving(unlike Smashburger). They have a concrete floor, though, so it’s very noisy, and people apparently love the free peanuts, so you might have to sweep peanut dust off your table or chair. Also, they have those mix a million flavor drink machines, which never actually get the flavor of any particular drink right(this is a universal truth of these machines, not specific to the ones at Five Guys). I just get the iced tea instead.

I finally got around to trying a Five Guys, and I must say, I don’t see what all the hubbub is about. It was an ok burger, I guess, but the meat was overcooked and the freakin’ thing costs almost $ 10 bucks. For my money, I’d much rather spend a bit more and get a Red Robin burger or even a Smashburger.

Okay let me give you a little rundown of this place… If you like greasy, fatty, heart attack waiting to happen burgers?.. Then this is the place for you! I’ve been here several times, especially since it near where I live and I like how they offer peanuts if you eat inside. What I don’t like is that they don’t have a DRIVE thru? What’s up w/that? When they first opened I think I checked Unilocal to see if they had one and it said they did. Silly me instead of calling to verify, I drove their in well… just socks, and mis matching sleep wear. We’ve all got those days. hahaha… I think?.. hmmm… Cheese B. w/the works — ooooooo, ahhhhhhhh, perfect for those days you don’t care about what you put in your body. Fries– well they taste fresh and good if you eat them in there, but for take out, I’d say… NEVER get them because it’s like all soggy and nasty when someone brings it home to you… But I still ate it anyways. I eat anything. put a little ketchup and garlic salt, and it’s Da bomb. lol So that’s basically it, all their burgers whether you get them loaded or not, taste the same and taste pretty good. BUt warning be in the mood for greasyness.

Probably my favorite location. Staff always pleasant if not always quick but there is actual outdoor seating and the location has one of those mix your own coke machines. Wish they had built it with a larger dining room — peak rush periods can be crowded and you can be hovering waiting for a table to open up. Excellent quality foods here — and as I tell people in all my reviews of Five Guys — order small. The Junior is 1 patty and the regular is 2. Same goes for fries — small feeds 1 and large feeds 2 – 3. Highly recommended.

What can I say amazing! I first tried five guy burgers in Longmont about three years ago as a friend from work showed me. The quality and the taste was amazing! So when I found out they had opened a new store closer to home in West Minister, needless to say I was thrilled! We gave it a shot, and we were not disappointed! This place has the consistency as every other 5 Guys Burgers I have eaten at. This place I choose over smash burger, any day of the week!

My two favorite burger places in the Broomfield area are 5 guys and Larkburger. I love the gourmet taste at Larkburger. But when you have to get that straight up taste of meat, cheese, and bread this is the place. It doesn’t hurt that I also love the fries. I can see why they are the favorite burger in most cities where I travel. There isn’t much else to say. They have taken the #1 new rule in food and run with it. That is to do one(or a very few) thing and do it exceptionally well. The service is always friendly and the food is consistently great.

We’ve driven by many Five Guys restaurants and we finally stopped last evening. It was an hour before closing and the place was spotless. The restrooms were the cleanest we’ve seen at most restaurants and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. We told the assistant manager, Tina, that we had never eaten there and she proceeded to give us the grand tour of the menu. When we asked if they had fry sauce she said no but offered to make us some of her own recipe. We had the cajun fries and the combination was devine. I ordered their«little» cheeseburger which is much more than other burger joints and is well worth the $ 4.99 price. The burger is more like one I’ve had at Carl’s Junior or Smash Burger. Use two hands and if you get all the toppings in black on the menu then some will be on your hands and foil wrap for sure. The fresh cut fries are apparently made from a special potato and they were delicious. All together, my wife and I spent $ 17.70 and couldn’t finish our meal. We’ll be making this one of our weekly stops whenever we feel like burgers.

For my money, there is no better burger than Five Guys. That’s saying a lot, I realize, but these folks have truly mastered the basic, made-to-order hamburger/cheeseburger. From the quality of the beef to the fresh toppings to the way it’s presented(without pretense, and wrapped in foil), it’s simply great. The copious amount of tasty fries you receive in a regular order(more than enough for two to share) isn’t bad either and the fresh potatoes compliment the fresh burgers nicely. So, is this place healthy? Hell no, it’s burgers and fries! But if that’s what you’re in the mood for — a top quality, delicious burger at a fair price — then you’ve got to check out Five Guys!

Omigosh, Five Guys is going to become my new guilty pleasure. I stopped in with the younger minion a couple of weeks ago. We’ve driven by the place on the way home from school a few times and decided it was a good day to try them out. Five Guys keeps it simple: burgers, fries, drinks. Burgers are cooked to order and are huge! No kiddie meals. A ‘regular’ burger is two quarter pound patties! Pricey, but you get a ton of food! We got two ‘little’ burgers(single quarter pound patties), two drinks, and a regular fry. Minion scoffed because he wanted his own fry, but Mom knew best. We noshed on free peanuts and chatted with the staff who are SO friendly! Burgers are cooked to order, so we got to see our food being made. When the staffer handed over our greasy, plain white bag, Minion’s eyes got huge! The burger was the size of his head, and their regular fry was pretty much half the bag. We had more than enough for the two of us, and our burgers were divine! Minion conceded he was full ¾ way through his quarter pound of beefy goodness. I need an excuse to go back, but I feel like Louis CK at Thanksgiving dinner after eating here. Maybe I can just stop in for a ‘little’ fry and Coke Zero?
