Went there to get smoothies. They took my money and then said the smoothie Machine was temporarily down. I asked for a refund and was told they didn’t know how to do that. It’s pretty simple. Just give me my money back. I left there cheated out of 20 bucks. Thanks McDonalds.

I love the fact that their frappé machine is on and or working, especially late at night. If I pull a late nighter at work, sometimes it’s really nice to treat myself to a frappé. More times than most at most locations machine is down for whatever reason. Not the case at this location.

First of all, it’s a McDonald’s. It has a playplace, so that’s good. Not that McDonald’s needs to have these, but for my sakes it is nice to have. But if you’re looking for ‘quality’ food, you’ll find better elsewhere. I dog this franchise quite a bit, but the truth of the matter is their food is low in quality no matter how much they try to make the masses think otherwise. Sure, they can have some tasty items from time to time, but that is mostly chemically produced instead of allowing a good quality food and real spices to do the work. Just sayin’.

I admit it, I’m conflicted. By writing this review, I’m admitting that I eat here… ok, I do, not often anymore(thank you crappy economy, that’s one good thing to come from it!) but in the past, we were… familiar. The one thing that always really torqued me was that 7 times out of 10, there would be something wrong w/my order. I know you can’t expect a lot from fast food, its cheap, the employees are underpaid, but crap, 7 out of 10??? I know I know, you are asking yourself, how is it that I kept going back? Laziness, no doubt about it! So we are eating at home A LOT more now, but every now and then, when we do hit this spot, we make sure to double and triple check our order, fool me once… anywho. Bee Tee Dub, as new or clean as any place looks, yeah, I have seen kids pee/puke in there… just don’t bother going if you don’t have at least a decent immune system, just sayin.

I like this McDonald’s because it is clean and new-looking(just been remodeled inside) and the employees are friendly. Check your food in the drive-thru though; they have messed up my orders a few times!
