I love noodles, and Noodle N’ Company does it right. Their Mac and cheese is so cheesy and fresh. I get much easier with grilled chicken and mushrooms. My husband gets the steak stroganoff. All I can say is I love this location and they make the dishes well. Yum!

Well I’ve offically made my decision. and that decision is «goodbye noodles & company.» Why you may ask? Well, its just not the same as it once was… Don’t get me wrong some of the food on the menu is still great and delicious, but I feel that the company itself has gotten lazy on there menu as well as there way of preparing food. It use to be where you would order a chicken salad and they would serve the chicken hot without the request! Oh well…

I think this will be our last trip to this location. Stood in line behind a family waiting to order that had never even been acknowledged. 7 people working, 4 people standing around doing nothing. Girl with curly hair that took my order was too busy stocking straws literally beside the register to ring us up and chewed gum the entire time. With the Orchard Location opening up recently, I doubt this one will stay open for much longer if they keep this up.

Usually love this place! Not sure what’s happening lately with restaurants and close times, but if the door says 9:00 then you lock the door at 9:00 not 8:50! We had a super long day at a baseball tournament and my son wanted a quick bite before bed and a fresh Mac and Cheese sounded so much better than a drive thru burger. We were not planning on eating there just wanted to pick up his dinner and go home, but the doors were locked 10 min before closing time. The staff saw us try the door and check to see what time it was, but they turned away. NOTCOOL!

I am so upset with this location. Took 5 – 6 calls to reach someone. The lady on the phone was short and rude. She spoke too fast and just wasn’t listening to me. When I went to pick up my order the girl who was at the register took 5 minutes to help me(because she was being oblivious and no one was in front of me). She was very quiet and rude. She did not know how to do her job and was confused the whole time. Would not suggest going here!

Everyone makes mistakes and I understand people get orders incorrect, but when you think I’m fibbing when I call and say that an item in my order is missing, that’s just not cool. It’s not the mistake, but what you do to make things right that counts. It’ll take a lot to get me back to noodles and I WAS a frequent customer at this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m appalled. Dirty, cold food, and rude service. Not coming back any time soon!

No good. Food didn’t taste right, employee in the dining room very loudly gabbing to her friends-had to move tables. The only reason it got 2 stars was because the cashier was working double duty as cashier/busboy and was nice-friendly. Didn’t have the usual nice Noodles atmosphere. If you’re close-the one near Flatirons/Interlocken is the bomb!

Yikes… so we’ve come to this Noodles off and on for a while now and last night had my third bad experience so I thought it was time to «Yelp!» about it. I’m not sure where to start: Super busy. 6:00 pm. We were in a hurry(of course). –One person taking orders. Two empty stations. Line almost out the door. –Waited over 20 minutes for food after we ordered! This has never happened before. –We were starving and we were going to be late. –FOODWASCOLD. Not warm, not tepid. My noodles were cold. I don’t want cold noodles unless I’m eating pasta salad in the summertime. –cheese bread was actually just bread. –I asked for the managers name and number and the person at the front counter asked another girl who went in the back and I waited another 10 minutes.(I’m not exaggerating on times, this is really how long it took.) It was crazy. I realize they were busy but this was so bad. So bad. I’ve actually had the reverse experience at many restaurants: during a rush, the food is hot and fast. I think they’re not planning for the rush periods and managing the workload. I’m going to try to load a picture of our not-cheesy-cheesy bread. As I said, quality is deteriorating at this location. This was my third bad experience in terms of timeliness and quality of food.

Food is decent but the service is terrible, they don’t greet you when you walk in and not one employee smiles, I know it’s probably an after school job but hey you chose it.

This location is filthy. Dirty dishes outside on tables. On a 90 degree Summer day. Employees are inside texting and talking. The rest of the place isn’t very impressive either. Here’s a photo of the outside table. Haven’t been to a Noodles in eight years. Now I see why.

Stopped in for lunch with my daughter after she had a dentist appointment nearby. Not really wanting pasta, I decided to give one of their sandwiches a try. I ordered the BBQ pork sandwich. While this wasn’t quite the pulled pork one might get at a proper BBQ joint, it was quite tasty. It could have used a little more cole slaw for crunch, but the pork was tender and the ciabatta roll was soft inside with a perfectly crunchy crust. I paired this with a bowl of Thai Curry soup, which knocked my socks off. Slightly spicy yellow curry broth with a few noodles and tasty veggies. If you like curry, this is a must try. Service was fast and the restaurant was quite clean. Pretty quiet for midday on a Tuesday(while other nearby eateries were hopping). Soup and sandwiches — an unexpected extension of the Noodles & Co menu for me, but I found that they work.

We ate here on a rainy Wednesday night… crazy busy restaurant. Yep… it’s dinner time. Food is always good at Noodles… however could have been hotter… but hey those guys were really busy! Love the rice Krispy treats! Yes they bring back childhood memories and they are huge enough for 2 peeps… if you wanna share this yummy treat.

First time ever having noodles n company. Ordered the Wisconsin Mac n cheese for my bf with chicken. I ordered the Japanese pan noodles with shrimp. Our food was ready quickly once we ordered in the store and the staff was very nice. I’ve been told that the Mac n cheese is amazing and honestly was not impressed. Barely any flavor and very runny cheese if they added too much milk or cream. Did not seem very cheesy. There was a very small piece of chicken with a regular size portion. I feel that they should add more for that size. The Japanese pan noodles had a lot of flavor and had a little kick to it as well. The veggies were delicious as well and the shrimp was not over cooked. The type of noodles they use for this dish I felt like were over cooked. They don’t pair well with the dish.

What? They have gluten free pasta now? SCORE! I ordered the Pasta Cavatappi, which has pesto sauce, subbed for GF pasta, and added the braised pork. For a size small dish, it totaled to about $ 10 after taxes. Although it wasn’t a huge portion, it filled me up and tasted delicious. The texture of the GF pasta is not mushy and is a great substitution to «real» pasta. The pork is always delicious and they gave a decent amount in the dish. I wish they would have a GF and dairy free soup that I could order, but I guess I’ll have to be patient and wait for them to create a new soup item.

Last week I received an email advertising about their Square Bowl meals and it came with a coupon for BOGO. I thought this might be a great thing since we were having several people over to watch the game and so I ordered some, went to go pick it up and made it back just in time… Wisconsin Mac and Cheese– Normally this dish is good– in the giant square bowl it seemed to be way, way, way under-sauced and very bland. Steak Stroganoff– Sauce was okay, Steak was tender, seemed to be missing something Alfredo MontAmor– I got it with the parmesan crusted chicken, I asked for the spinach and mushrooms on the side– which did not happen. Normally I am a fan of Noodles, I love their noodle soup when I am sick and the steak stroganoff on other days. Today’s experience with the giant bowls left me with a bad taste, both literally and figuratively, in my mouth. In all three items the pasta seemed overcooked(I am picky about al dente) and like they cooked with no salt in the water. Today’s experience was different than what I remember this stuff tasting like but it has also been over a year since I have eaten here.

This place is a consistent comfort restaurant. I really enjoy their pesto past dish which has a nice balance of flavors and the pasta is always cooked just right. When you need a solid and affordable lunch this is a great place. Also my nieces and nephews love this place. you can go wrong feeding kids at Noodles and Company!
