Sprint Store

I had what I thought would be a tricky upgrade situation on our Family (or whatever it’s called) plan.
I have used Best Buy in the past to upgrade phones on our Sprint account, but thought going to the source would be a better idea. I was right!
Excellent service, fast and professional. Walked out with the new Iphone we wanted and the account set up correctly.

My wife and I just switched to Sprint from Verizon, and our experience at this Sprint store was great!
We were very angry with Verizon, because their store on 120^th in Broomfield lied to us. I gave them a one star rating, so see the details there.
Because we were so angry, we were probably nightmare customers for Laura. After explaining our Verizon horror story, Laura really took her time to make sure we understood everything, every charge, every feature we asked about, every step in the Verizon contract buy-​out process … everything.
While Laura did press for the phone insurance a bit too much, the remainder of the buying experience was really a pleasure.
Anyone looking for Sprint cell service should most certainly see Laura at this store!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to say I had a rough time after losing my iphone 5 on my bday and having someone steal it. I didnt have insurance on the phone so i couldnt afford a brand new iphone 5! I wanted to buy a phone on craigslist cause it was cheaper and I needed advice the team at this store was extremely helpful in assisting me. so I got the phone off craigslist and it ended up falling through so I bought a phone from a friend and wanted to activate it but had more problems because we wanted to activate it using my old number and using a automated system! which the people over the phone ended up screwing it up by putting the wrong number on the phone soo by then I was livid I had lost my first phone couldnt afford a brand new phone got scammed the first time buying a phone off craigslist and couldnt activate the 2^nd phone I was at my wits end. That was until Shelby, Josh and another Colored gal cant remeber her name sorry went above and beyond they helped me every step of the way. I will NEVER go back to over the phone customer service about phone issues. Because after i was transfered 5 times and to 2 people from india who spoke very little english they screwed it up. When I walked into the store I felt like family they put me first took care of me they knew i was upset and made sure I was helped in a professional manner and that all my issues were solved after about 10mins I was soo excited when Josh told me they activated my phone with the right number finally! I wanted to hug them all and I left the store leaping up and down. I was impressed the time and effort he and the team put into it I wish there were more people like him and that team in this world because of all the impersonal customer service and everything being automated nowdays. it was amazing to see there really is customer service! And people and companies do care about their customers, I was just soo impressed and grateful to them and everything they did for me Thank you soo much I now have a working iphone 4s thanks to them. If you want great service and want someone do whatever it takes they will! I hope someone higher up in the company reads this soo they get the recongition they deserve! THANKS AGAIN Im a satisfied sprint customer!

So I had another problem with Qwest and couldn’t get my email on my phone. I went to the closest Sprint store which was in Belmar on Wednesday but they could not get my mail to work. My phone got stuck during loading and ended up dead which doesn’t make me happy.
Finally on Friday, I went to the BEST Sprint store on 120^th in Broomfield. Sure enough, Eric took the time not only to help me but to get Qwest on the line to figure out what information was incorrect. Hooray!!! My mail loaded and I could even send messages!
Again, for everyone that has a problem with a phone, go to this store!!! They are great!
