Crap! Dipshit(aka: Jared) walked past me a bunch of times, wasn’t only 20 minures later did he finally acknowledged me and asked if I wanted something. More interested in where he was going for that night. What horrible customer service. Guy should be fired, has no business being in customer service. This was at the bar on 10÷22÷15. Another business that has no business in business!

Apps good. Entrees and rice weren’t good. Terrible service. Would have gladly waited longer for the table instead of being sat with a server that was in the weeds.

Close to the hotel I stay at in the Flatiron area and I like coming here. Also close to shopping. I usually eat at the bar and the bartenders are fast and very good at what they do. Always easy to get waited on fast and everyone knows just how good the food is at PF Changs. They are rock steady here. Almost every visit at least one manager stops by to make sure every detail was taken care of properly. It always has been and I have never had a single thing to complain about. Doesn’t get much better than that!

I find PF Changs to be consistently good wherever I may be traveling. Most recent visit was to the location in Flatiron mall area in Broomfield, CO. We were a party of 4 adults with 2 small children. The food was great and the service was exceptional. Our server was friendly, attentive, and very patient with the kids. She never seemed frustrated. The kids left a bit of mess under the table, but she assured us it was«normal» and would be take care of.

I haven’t been here in years and I was really happy we choose to eat here! The aroma of the restaurant is so intoxicating! We tried the butternut squash dim sum and they were amazing! As for the entrée, it was a little smaller than I expected for the price we paid, but it tasted great! We finished our meal up with the fried banana dessert and it was incredible! Looking forward to returning here again!

I like PF Chang’s. They have a great gluten free menu and they are serious about it. Food is always fast. I will definitely go there again.

My wife and I love eating at this place! I firmly believe there is nothing that isn’t tasty to eat here! My favorite is the Mongolian beef dish! They also have good sushi and large selection of adult drinks available. Only downside is that they don’t offer fried rice during dinner time, only lunch.

Expensive for what it is. We went for lunch on a Saturday and they no longer do the lunch menu. Food is just okay and our server today was annoyed with our children. They were not being poorly behaved and it was lunch. We will not be returning when Pei Wei is closer, they are more family friendly, and just as good if not better.

Boy they have really expanded the menu, I could see that they are wanting to appeal to a wider audience which is cool. I sat at the bar for lunch and it was good. The food is always prepared perfect and the service was efficient and friendly. Their HH starts at three and it looked like the menu had some good deals for that.

I love this place. I really love the bartenders hat have been here for years. Allison is completely amazing and so much fun to hang out with. Unfortunately, they recently updated their menu and took off my two favorite dishes: hot fish and Dan Dan noodles. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5. Hopefully they will bring them back or I can find a new favorite. Lettuce wrap, hot and sour soup and orange chicken are all wonderful

I have eaten at P.F. Chang’s exactly 3 times. The first two were years ago when it was all the rage while the most recent time was about a month ago. I have always felt, and continue to feel that it’s overpriced for what you get. The food this last time was excellent! We ordered the pan fried pork dumplings and the Mongolian Beef. The restaurant was busy as we arrived around 4:45pm on a Saturday. We were seated immediately. Our waiter took our drink order and our dinner order promptly. The appetizers arrived shortly there after. We really enjoyed our meal and the opportunity to people watch which, I must admit, is one of my guilty pleasures. The waiter was unremarkable — neither great nor noticeably bad. The restrooms looked as though they had been very nice at one time but, through a couple of years of use and neglect, had become somewhat broken and overused. Still, they were clean enough. 3.5 stars rounded to 4. The price is too high for the quality of food and service and, the bathrooms need updating.

We placed a takeout order here few nights ago, and WOW what a mistake! It seems like prices have gone up, while quality AND quantity has gone down. It was $ 30 for one entrée, and one appetizer, yet all we actually ate was the rice. The chicken lettuce wrap meat was visibly completely burnt on one side. We both could only choke down a bite or two. Who would serve this? Just by looking at it, you could see it was incredibly burnt! The entrée was just plain gross. It tasted like it was frozen, heated up in the micro, re-freezed, and put in the micro again. No thanks! The rice was good. You can make OK white rice, Broomfield PF Chang’s, congrats, you must be so proud! We will not be returning to say the least… Maybe we’ll give another location another try someday, but really, there’s so many cheaper options everywhere, so maybe not…

Hmmm. I’m glad I haven’t had an «awful» experience like sosme who’ve been here recently and I am counting my blessings, though I do have to say, we did wait more thank the normal time to get any food at our table. THe good thing is though, is that it pretty much all came at the same time. MY hubby was happy that we were eating together and I was actually eating unhealthy food.(my cheat day) So this was a pretty good night as I was actually quite Famished after doing alittle shopping for more workout clothes. They seemed to have changed the décor and have what looks more like Japanese lanterns hanging from the ceilings. I’ve always loved their sconce’s on the walls and one day I’m gonna take one if I can pry it off the wall. lol no joke. And so the Breakdown goes: Spare RIbs– OHMYGOD! I am in LUST with this tender, meaty, oh god, scrumptious meat bones. I was actually getting kind of full off of 4 of them. This can actually be an entrée, but it’s an app. we got. Chicken noddle soup– we’ve gottent his before, it’s ok and spicy for those with sensitive taste buds, but it’s just the knock of soup that replaced their meatball spicy soup they use to carry 5 yrs ago or so. I just really like it because of the shitake mushrooms in them and my hub’s doesn’t like shrooms so I get it ALL! Yes! SPicy port WOntons– this was not bad, but I was expecting from the pics of the«Lucky 8» that it would be crispy! Not bad, but wouldn’t get it again. THe juices with it however, was very tasty. Crispy Honey chicken– this was okay and has somewhat of a lingering bitter/sweety, tangy after taste I would say. It sounded good and different since I didn’t wanna get our basic mongo beef, garlic noodles or sesame chicken. Service — Well they guy was nice and on it with my water w/no ice and hot water on the side, and I guess it wasn’t his fault that we had wait, just a tad bit long for our food. Usually we order more, but since my appetite’s like non existent these days, we just this and had leftover for the hubs’ lunch next day. All in all, I like and we never really go when it’s busy… I Freaken Hate crowded food places. Drives me NUTS! I like to here myself talk, so this was perfect. lol

I have never had a bad experience at this PF Changs. Whenever we go we always ask for a booth and they always give us one. We have never had a bad server and they are always understanding of our pickiness! We like to get the chicken fried rice, Dan Dan noodles, orange peel beef, or sesame chicken. We have never had a problem! One thing I’d love to ad though is one of the bartenders! I wish I knew her name but she is soooo nice! We do take out a lot so I usually get my food from her. She remembered me last time I came in and it was so nice! My boyfriend and I love going when we get the chance :) Instead of giving them 5 stars, I am only going to give them four because some servers aren’t always the most attentive but I’ve had far worse!

Oh, I remember the PF Changs of old. The dry scallops. The spices. The efficient waitstaff. None of this was in view last night at their chain outlet in Broomfield. From the waiter rushing a drink order, to awkward presentation of the food, to a lack of dipping or condiments for the dumplings, this was a miss. My kung pao scallops(at $ 20 an order) were OK, if not as dry as I like. For that price a few more scallops could have been included. It has been many years since I’d been to a PF Changs. The location in downtown Denver always met with my approval. Maybe this location was having a bad(Monday) night and they were training new waiters. PF Changs is asian food for non-asians. Perhaps I should have reset my expectations.

This place has really gone downhill in this last year. I usually love PF Changs. But the past few times have been very disappointing. We went last week. I called to make a reservation and we were told we would be seated right away. We ended up waiting half an hour to be seated right by the door where it was freezing cold. After 10 minutes of being upset we were moved across the restaurant to another cold table by the window. Our server took awhile to greet us and then gave us attitude when we asked basic questions about the menu. We ordered the crispy green beans and dynamite shrimp(both appetizers) which took an hour to get brought to our table. The green beans were stringy and burned. Very disappointing. While freezing at our cold table, the manger came by and asked us if we could get up for a second so she could move another table next to us. We then complained about the service and all she did was make us move somewhere else. So with a 30 min wait with a reservation, 3 tables later, rude waiter, and disappointing appetizers we will not be going back there again.

Wow a big disappointment for a long day at the mall… Decided to eat here since it’s relatively close but the service is sluggish as heck! Jesus, instead of pouring me some water and getting my buddy a drink, she was sitting by the computer laughing and gossiping. Finally got my water with ice but with no straw? Really? No straw for my buddy’s ice tea either. Instead of a big spoon jammed in it to stir the sugar. I decided to have the ribs. It was way overpowered by the sweet tangy sauce no flavor of ribs. The california roll was questionable. Didn’t seem fresh but i didnt mind it was still good. The food was good but the service? Terrible. They need to hire more«efficient» employees in my opinion instead of bunch of gossiping girls.

Just an ignorant belief, but I’m pretty sure 90% of our Coloradoans have gone to a Paul Fleming’s Chinese Restaurant. This rating is for the restaurant in itself. Sadly, there are not many restaurants in the Flatirons Mall area, so the sister, niece, nephew, and I had to settle for this place. We arrived here at about 1:09, during the lunch hours. They offer lunch bowls that come with soup. My niece ordered a Chang’s Spicy Chicken($ 9.95), my nephew ordered two kids’ Chicken Fried Rice($ 3.75 each), and the sister and I opted for the two Prix-Fixe dinners for two($ 39.95). Starter: The Chicken Lettuce Wrap(probably the only reason why most of us go to P.F. Chang’s) Soups: Egg drop(looked like hot and sour because the chef went heavy handed on the soy sauce) Entrees: Kung Pao Scallops(they let me upgrade to this. Basically 15 – 17 sea scallops with celery, peanuts, and roasted chili peppers stir-fried in a brown sauce) Kung Pao Chicken(same as scallops, but just with chicken) Desserts: Banana Spring Rolls with ice cream(another upgrade). Overall, the food tasted good. The only gripe I have is how slow the service was. There was only four tables in the whole restaurant at the, we were not being picky by all means. We ended up leaving at 4:02 pm, just enough time for rush hour on U.S. 36 highway. The poor nephew(5 years-old) was getting very impatient. Don’t get me wrong, they were really nice, but just took a long time to get everything to us. I hate to imagine what it would be like during dinner hours. If you have a lot of time to spare, this is the place to go.

Food was good; the dynamite shrimp appetizer was really spicy and hot. The seared tuna salad was really good also. We were there for a late lunch and the service was a tad slow, but otherwise a good experience.
