I just left their office, came in 15 minutes early since it was my first visit. I waited in the waiting room after intial docs were filled in, these included signature waivers, penalties for no shows, agreement/acceptance of students in the room, disclosure docs, a statement of additional charges for document handling, and all the usual medical cya… I was escorted in to a patient room where I was interviewed by a young practioner/nurse type who could NOT quite get what I was saying about why I was there. I then waited another 45 minutes in that room where all kinds of rules about my behavior were posted on the walls such as no cell phone ringers on, and no electronic distractions allowed. Granted I’m a grown up and can understand the request, however i couldn’t contain my ire at all the little mandates and contractual agreements I conceded only to be treated like an animal from which I would be bled for time and money. I traveled from Boulder to Broomfield for this, a waste of about 45 minutes, add in the waiting room and the patient room another hour and ten. Where’s my cash for the doctor’s no show? I have a job and took my lunch for this. Given the multiple offices, signage for physical therapy, and all the nickle and dime messaging I can only conclude this is a money making machine and buyers should beware. Good luck…

Multiple visits over the course of two years, they immediately concluded the problem with my hand was tendinitis and kept recommending PT. Only it wasn’t tendinitis, it was a growth between a metacarpal and a tendon. I tried to tell them PT wasn’t helping but they insisted it was tendinitis. Years of constant pain because they couldn’t be bothered to a) listen to a patient or b) take a soft-tissue picture. Don’t just walk away from these guys. Run.
