The salespeople are friendly and helpful, but the person who does the engraving doesn’t pay attention to details. For $ 16 you get up to 3 words. I got a name engraved on a «Yeti Colster» and they wrote the name above the «Yeti» stamp, but they didn’t think to center the words, so the words look lopsided. It wasn’t «ruined» so I didn’t ask for them to redo it, mostly because the Yeti is $ 30 and I assumed they’d give me a hard time about paying for a new one. The engraving itself came out nicely, but it’s just a detail that you’d expect them to do without having to request it. I would use them again to do the same engraving on the same item because it’s a great gift idea, but now I will always be sure to point out that I would like them to center the words so they actually look nice instead of looking like a kid’s art project.
