Like most reviewers here I have the same complaints. If I wanted to I could walk here from my neighborhood I live that close! However, I rarely visit this location and now I won’t return for sure. I will drive out of the way to the convenient drive thru one in Taylor which is so awesome and friendly especially during the rush lunch hour! Customer service sucks here plain and simple. It did look like the owner was making a sandwich he didn’t even say hi or anything and he’s Indian which is strange since most are friendly. The sandwich maker had to wait to get to me because the owner was in the way making his own sandwiches gee thanks a lot. No one speaks here except to co workers. This is what I hate about franchises is some guy still gets rich because of the franchise he bought not anything they brought to the table. The place did look very clean but if you’re all about customer service skip this place!

Subway is alright in my book every now and then. This location needs some help however. Working in the food industry is tough. You Must be able to multi task. Not everyone is cut out for this kind of work. This location seems to be terribly mismanaged. My visit today was frustrating. Upon arrival there was a line. Two workers, one doing cash, the other making sandwiches. After the register was clear they both got on line working. More customers entered. At this point they were in the weeds. It didn’t help that their food station needed to be restocked. No turkey, ranch, yellow peppers or cheese, etc. The owner, or who appeared to be, showed up and wasn’t much help. Moving at a snails pace not helping the stressed out hired workers. It was a train wreck, it took almost 30 minutes for me to get my two sandwiches and mini pizza. I felt bad for the employees, of the two only one seemed competent to run cash. Awful management at this location. On a positive the subs were good and fresh. The pizza my son gave a thumbs up. Maybe just a tough day?

I eat Subway all the time but don’t usually go to this one since I live near another one, as if there’s a Subway per square mile in my area. It’s a typical Subway, but the last time I went there I was met with some unusual customer service. I ordered my normal sub with no problem, and the young girl behind the counter was nice and friendly. Then, insert the old-aged, leather-skinned, dyed blonde, raspy voiced woman who came over to assist the girl, who was making my wife’s sub: meatball marinara. When the girl went to scoop the meatballs onto the bread, she pretty much scraped the bottom of the pan and plopped on a few extra meatballs to empty the pan. Ol’ leatherskin loomed over her shoulder and barked, «That’s too many meatballs! A 12″ sub is only supposed to have 8 meatballs!» She said it very rudely. Even though some were half broken and small meatballs, she put a few back into the empty pan. She looked over at my sub, heaping in lettuce since I asked for extra lettuce, and she mouthed, «That’s a lot of lettuce!» I was thinking she needed to shut the fuck up, but my lips unfortunately said I asked for extra lettuce. My wife has a very soft, broken English voice, and the bitch told my wife, «I can’t hear you. Can you speak up?» She just kind of passed the unfinished sub to the young girl to finish. There was nothing wrong with the subs. They were good. But, I’ve worked fast food, customer service orientated jobs for many years in the past and NEVER should another worker yell at or degrade a coworker in the presence of customers, especially over something as mundane as a few extra meatballs on a sub. If she had a problem, she should’ve handled it much more politely or went to the back afterward. I felt bad for the younger worker.

Employees yell back to each other and talk among themselves in front of the customer… As if I am not even there… No customer service training at all… Very poor… Food is assembled poorly with very little input… Do not recommend.
