By far my best experience at an AT&T retail store. The reps here were so genuinely nice and helpful. I am somewhat traumatized by horrible customer service experiences with ATT in the past, so this was such a pleasant surprise.
Eric C. assisted me in upgrading from an iPhone 5 to a 6s. He helped he choose the best plan, and transferred all my data/​photos/​music, etc from my old phone to my new phone. One of his coworkers put a screen protector on my phone that I didn’t even buy from the store. He definitely didn’t have to do that, but he did anyway-​so nice! Everyone working in the store was so relaxed, welcoming, and helpful, even when they got pretty busy.
For the first time in my life, I left an AT&T store with a smile on my face. I will happily return in the future for any of my wireless needs.
