SEE 2^nd REVIEW BELOW, at first I gave 1 STAR — UPDATED now to 4 STARS because of having to return and issues as explained below.
Went to this store, was told I was being sold a bundle package, got a phone, the package would be shipped as all items were not in stock. Told the phone had certain features which were not accurate at all in many ways. Checked receipt and discovered the next morning, I was charged full prices for the bundle package. No discount given. I called customer service and was told that the order was canceled at the warehouse. So if I had not double checked everything then I would not be receiving items paid for in a few days either. So drive back to the store to get credit back on my credit card for items that were paid for but not ordered right. I will stop here… Recommendation is to go to another verizon wireless store like maybe the zone store in Topsham or check on line first to know if there are any deals. Verizon customer service on the phone or on line I have never had problems with. Good luck!

RETURNED all items purchased the 2^nd day, with the help of Perry!!! He was outstanding! Only stayed with Verizon and got the phone of my choice I really wanted without a bundle in the first place with his assistance. I will return and I personally will recommend check with Perry if he is working!!! Thanks Perry!!!
