The people that hang out in there are racists. I am a white middle aged woman., I was just there to have a good time. I had several drinks. I was out on the dance floor with not a care in the world. Then the men started cussing and spitting at me. The women pushed me down and kicked me. It was a horrible experience and I will never go back.

I was weary about going to Bourbon Street. I had heard a few stories that made me nervous. I got there around 8(on a saturday), and it was pretty empty. There were pool tables, slot machines, and a jukebox, so there was plenty to keep me busy. The crowd started piling in around 10 – 11 oclock. They played predominantly hip hop music which is just what I like. Overall the drinks were cheap, the bathrooms were clean, and the food was edible. I had a good time, and will go again.
