Wake Up Coffee Co

We saw a article in a tourist magazine on our trip to Jekyll island about these macaroons at Wake Up Coffee in Brunswich. We had to stop by to try! They were yummy! The barista was super friendly and a sweetheart! We saw her make some good looking coffees too! Check this place out!

Staff was very nice and Turtle latte was wonderful. I would come there again. We got a car wash full service next door. This was a plus. Nice place to wait.

This location is built in an old house, which gives it such a warm/​welcoming atmosphere. Wake Up was my go to spot on the weekends to relax, read, and enjoy some of the best coffee around.

Best coffee in the area. Super cute shop and friendly staff. Turtle mocha and blonde brownie are my favorites.

I’ve studied here several times (the free wifi is great), and I loved the experience each time. The environment is very cute with four well decorated rooms and good selection of music. Their coffee is delicious — my favorite so far is the raspberry honey latte. Their muffins are always on point and their macaroons are a must try!

This place is so cute! We got the Island latter, everthing bagel, White mocha and blueberry scone. Both were fresh and tasted great.

Very chill environment with free wifi. The coffee is outstanding. The staff is quick to please. Great place, decent prices, and the blonde cake is amazing. If you love coffee and are on vacation here it’s a must try.

I still look forward to coming to this place anytime in I’m in Brunswick. Cappuccino and a blonde brownie they’re both delicious delicious. The baristas very friendly and very good looking

Just off Golden Isles Parkway yet miles from ordinary. Wonderfully funky atmosphere, a lending library and ambiance that invites you to sit and relax. The coffee is well roasted and intelligently brewed. why settle for less when this establishment is right on your way.

Great sister location to the one on the island.
Truthfully, I like this location a lot better. The whole décor and atmposhere just seems inviting.
It’s located right across the street from Zhang’s sushi and next door to my favorite nail salon in Brunswick.
The parking is small but sufficient to hold the patrons inside. The inside is so cutesy, I love the unfinished wood interior. It still smells of wood and it gives Wake Up that gentle homey do good-​er feel that I believe they are going for. Like the establishment on the island there are little knick knacks spread throughout the store from humanitarian business which is another reason I like their business. The ladies who work as baristas are super friendly and cheerful. I’ve never waited long for a drink and have always been pleased with the latte art and the coffee product itself. The only bummer which isn’t that big of a deal is the pastry selection. Unlike the typical pastry glass display, the pastures here are presented in pastry glass holders, which makes for a smaller yet equally delicious treat.
Overall, I’ve been here a handful of times since my stay in the area and will continue to do so to support this awesome local business. Try their honey vanilla latte or their London Fog. It’s delicious.

Fell in love with this coffee place. Truly a hidden gem in Brunswick GA! Hubby and I tried it out and enjoyed the turtle mocha and island mocha. Smooth flavors in a chill environment. Loved the rustic industrial feel.

Same great coffee shop as the one in Redfern Village except this is in Brunswick. Some outdoor seating (although the view isn’t as nice as the one in SSI,) lovely indoor design with plenty of seating space, large communal table to the back which can be reserved for larger parties or study groups. See attached pix. Wonderful staff and same delicious, fair-​trade, coffee and pastries. Try their macaroons! Oh and free wifi!
