Painfully slow drive thru. Hello, thank you for stopping, sorry for the wait???

This isn’t a Starbucks, it’s a pit stop. Alright, alright. That isn’t entirely true. But, really — this isn’t a local hangout spot. It is a rest reprieve for all the hoards of Interstate 95 travelers. It is one of the few and easiest Starbucks to access in the region between Savannah and the Florida-Georgia border. So, yeah, it gets pretty slammed. Now, big round of applause for the staff! They mostly keep it together. Sure, there’s bound to be a few stiff hellos, some miscommunication, messy areas and the like. But you can tell that these folks are OVERworked to the extreme. A few things to keep in mind: 1. Will you be waiting in line? Yes, very likely. And not just in line to get your drinks and eats, but in line for the bathrooms, too. That goes for the fellas as well. Why they only have single stalls, I don’t know. 2. There is a drive-thru here. It moves along pretty well. 3. This particular location seems either under stocked, or simply doesn’t have as many offerings as other locations. Still, you can get sandwiches and sweet treats. They also have fruit roll-like snacks. 4. Not many interior seating spots. There is a lounge area with sofas, a community table and a few small round tables. But they do have this lovely, expansive wrap around patio out front, along with huge umbrellas. Gorgeous when it’s nice out. Granted, you will be able to hear so much traffic! 5. This is actually a hot spot for a pit stop. There are a ton of locally owned and chain restaurants along the strip, and also gas stations and hotels.

Rude service. Overflowing trash cans. Dirty bathrooms with no working soap dispenser. Filled my iced Venti sized drink ¾ full and gave me no expression or acknowledgement when I asked that it be filled up all the way.

Great shop in a really convenient location right off of I-95 at exit 36A near Brunswick, Georgia. Always quick and friendly, its the reason my commute always takes about 5 minutes longer…

As regular Starbucks visitors at our local Starbucks, we were very disappointed in this location. When we first walked in the employees were in the back and took a few minutes to come out to take our order. Then once we had placed our order, a simple 3 drinks took an excessive amount of time seeing as they had 5 people working. Once receiving our drinks 2 came out while the easiest one, a grande hot coffee was forgotten. Once we finally received our hot coffee it was way too full to add cream, they never even asked if we needed room, just filled it all the way so it could spill over. Safe to say this location is not up to par with standards set else where and the manager should look into getting some new employees who care about their job. And don’t blame me for not understanding, I’ve worked at a coffee shop it’s not that hard.

Decided to go to the drive though, waited around 10 – 15 minutes — when our drinks arrived at the window they were wrong. Very disappointed considering I am a constant Starbucks customer. After receiving our new drinks we noticed they were made incorrectly once again. Disappointed and frustrated we just left.

Right off the interstate so very convenient when on a road trip. Staff was super friendly and accommodating with my crazy order. Will be a staple on my road trips.

Never have I walked out of a place because of poor service… I try to give the benefit of the doubt and in general have a high tolerance for crappy service. I’ve been here before where my order has been messed up on several occasions but the convenience of the location has always out trumped any complaints. Today however solidified the feeling that the players could careless about the customers or the service they provide. With four employees working, it took several minutes for the first customer to get rung up, while a lady cut in front of me. Then after ringing her up, he turned around and started cleaning and shuffling things around. Several minutes later, the lady who cut in line is still not being served. As I left to just drive through and then come in and enjoy my drink, the lady cleaning and greeting customers rolled her eyes at me! If you don’t want to serve me then don’t get mad when I leave to go across town to the other Starbucks where they are polite and quick! Needless to say, it was the straw that broke the camels back and despite the convenience I’ll travel the extra miles for coffee that’s made correctly, quickly, and with a smile!

Poor service, long lines,. My husband has a Starbucks gold card and whenever he buys coffee, which is always TWICEAADAY he gets me water. No venti cups for water, and they WONTGIVEICE??? If I get a cup of water I CANNOT have ice from them. Needs a new owner to turn he place around.

Good service always. The location is earsy as it’s right off the interstate. I travel for work and usually stop here in the morning. The interior is neat, clean, spacious and there is outdoor seating. My order is always right, and in a timely manner. Overall good service, greeted when entered and thanked when I left. They are doing it right.

I don’t usually review Starbucks since they’re everywhere and(in my opinion) quite similar, but this one was quite memorable. In a bad way. We only stopped here after a quick stop to get gas on our way from NC to Fl. The cashier we had was awful. I changed my order from an SF vanilla iced coffee to a SF vanilla red eye. He was not making any eye contact, appeared bored, and not to be paying attention, so I asked if he’d gotten my order and repeated it for him. He said he’d gotten the order, so I went to wait. The barista made my order wrong because the cashier didn’t put it into the computer right(though she happily made it right). After getting my coffee, a line is starting to form because the cashier gave my dad the wrong change and is refusing to fix it. The manager came after a couple of minutes and then the cashier finally realized his mistake. Oops. I will actually go out of my way to avoid this Starbucks the next time we are in the area.

With my travels, one thing has become constant. A need for good coffee. I used to talk mad crap about Starbucks but honestly, it’s about consistency and getting a ‘good’ cup of coffee every day. After dinner one night, we/I decided I wanted a coffee. We walked in around 30 minutes to close and it was a ghost town and seemingly the 2 employees were in a mad dash to get things tied up to GTFO. So much so, that I had to wait to even place my order. I get it, I get it, everybody wants to GTFO as quickly as possible. You shouldn’t make the customer suffer though. Also, I wasn’t thanked a single time by anybody there. Thankfully, this location was too far from where I was working and I also had Starbucks in my hotel room.

Barista’s are fun and energetic! Got complicated drink order w no problems! They were busy cleaning and organizing as it was slow business. Excellent quick stop off — easy access from /to I-95!

Really convenient location right off of I-95, but the layout of the store stinks. This is a very very busy store so there is a large line that crowds the thoroughfare, so in order to get to the bathroom you have to cut through people and there’s not really a comfortable location to sit and have a conversation like there is in other Starbucks. On top of that I got a nonfat eggnog latte, which is my drink of choice around the holiday season, and it was not good. Couldn’t taste the eggnog, just over roasted coffee.

A quick stop for coffee. The staff were nice and they did the right thing when I asked for no whipped cream. Most of the place they forget to take notice of my special needs. It was crowded but I was in and out quick.

While on a road trip over the holidays I was happy to come across this Starbucks right off of I-95. It was later in the evening and there was no line at the drive-thru. Our cashier was very nice and chatted with us a little bit while we waited for our drinks. Everything was just fine until we set off down the road with our drinks. After just a couple sips of my latte I found small piece of(what I hope was) plastic in it. Maybe it somehow came off of the lid? No idea, but it freaked me out. I had ordered a Venti and didn’t want to let it go to waste so I very cautiously continued to drink it. Ugh. My husband’s drink didn’t have any foreign objects in it, but the flavor just wasn’t what he was used to. I tried it and it actually tasted like it may have been the wrong drink that was given to him. Oh well… Anyway, it’s a Starbucks, and even a sketchy coffee from Starbucks is better than driving tired. I’d go again but be sure to try your drinks before you are too far away to get them fixed.

Limited parking available at the Starbucks if you’re traveling and you have a large vehicle. We parked the best we could. We were not in the way of the drive-through at all. But if people were driving through and not really going to go to the drive-through then yes we were in the way. All that being said the very slow staff at the Starbucks who took for ever with our two drinks Caused the manager to come out and in a very snotty voice condemn my husband for his parking. Told him he needed to move it right away. He looked at her and said where would you like me to move it? she had no options for him, just told him he needed to get it out-of-the-way. As he is waiting for his drinks. While the rest of the family was inside the van waiting we saw several of these employees outside the The Starbucks in the back smoking cigarettes. And after my husband left with his drinks to get to our van to move it for the not so kind manager he noticed her outside smoking as well. So there were three employees smoking instead of working and getting peoples drinks to them quickly so people can move forward and MoveOn.

I came in for a basic coffee and the staff immediately began complaining about tipping and how rude it was for people to not tip them. When the heck did a basic cup of coffee require a tip?! They went on incessantly for about 15 minutes. I was uncomfortable and left. Horrible experience!

Just stopped by this Starbucks while traveling home before New Years on I-95. The exterior was a bit odd. Looks like this location used to be some sort of other restaurant, which I feel is unusual for Starbucks to merely remodel another establishment. Who knows though… Anyway, multiple doors are at the front of the coffee shop, with white paper signs over the doors flapping in the breeze marking«Enter» and«Exit.» Why on earth are there not permanent signs? Didn’t thoroughly inspect the restaurant but the women’s restroom was pretty clean. My husband also said the men’s was descent. However, I was highly disappointed in my beverage. I ordered a Skinny Peppermint Mocha that tasted like shots of espresso. Thankfully, my former Starbucks manager husband caught me before I dumped in sugar… He said the barista probably hadn’t stirred the drink for me. Umm… Who doesn’t stir a mocha? Tasted delicious after being stirred up, but I’ve never ordered a mocha at another location that was unstirred. I’ll try to avoid this location next time I drive up I-95…
