I love this Cracker Barrel. The people are extremely personable and treat you like family. The service is fast and friendly and I have never waited over 10 minutes for a table even on GA/FLA weekend! Food is consistently good and the options are endless. Highly recommend.

We love coming to Cracker Barrel while we’re on the road. The variety and home style cooking really makes the trips a little easier for everyone to find something they like. That being said, this was one of our worst experiences at Cracker Barrel in recent memory. After arrival, the 4 of us were seated almost immediately, but no waiter showed up to our table for 10 minutes. By that time we were ready to order our meals when Lori came to take drink orders. A little slow at first, but no red flags, and Lori was the sweetest most pleasant woman to have served us, too bad we didn’t see her very much. The next time we saw her was 30 minutes later when she brought our meals, but only the 2 people who had salads. It took another 10 minutes for the other 2 to receive their meals(meat loaf and pancakes) and I had to ask about a side order that she told me she forgot to put in, and our 2 new orders were both incorrect(biscuits instead of cornbread and incorrect eggs). Altogether it took around 50 minutes from arrival until we all had our meals on a Sunday around 3:30, not a very busy time. We loved the food we received, albeit wrong, and the food and service were definitely sub par for this restaurant experience. Lori was very sweet and friendly. As I left, I used the restroom which looked to have not been cleaned in hours, missing tp in one stall, paper towels on the floor and unflushed toilets. Definitely could use a good cleaning, again adding to the disappointment.

I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants, but good golly hot damn if Cracker Barrel ain’t one of the best chains around! It almost goes without saying that I’ve never had a bad meal at Cracker Barrel(no one ever has), but this location flaunts some of the best service around. I can’t tell if it’s a southern thing or just at this location thing, but I love the smiles and fast, friendly personalities at this location. I must have been to this location a dozen times, but my most recent trip I got an omelet with sliced, roasted turkey breast, onions and rye toast no butter. I know, I know… I’m taking all the fun out of Cracker Barrel — a southern style restaurant that serves food that sticks to your ribs — but I like to think I’m putting the fun into NOT becoming a fatty… Ok, I also ate like four of them buttermilk biscuits with jam and butter… So I guess I’m trying to put the fun INTO becoming a fatty.
