Cayman Crossing Apartments

My husband and I lived at these apartments for about a year and a half, and I have to say it was GREAT!
We chose to live at these apartments because they are very affordable for the amount of space and in the location we needed. The only one or two times we had something break, we called Gary, the landlord, and it was fixed ASAP!
Our favorite part of living there were the get-​together picnics/​dinners Gary had; one was even at Shipwreck! We got to know many of our neighbors and made some great friends that we still keep in touch with. Gary gets to know all of his residents so you feel like a person and not just another face renting an apartment.
We definitely recommend Cayman Crossing and would certainly live there again if we moved back to the area.

I’ve lived here for about two months now and so far, everything has been great. Gary, the landlord, couldn’t be a greater guy. Our a/​c broke one afternoon and he came as soon as he could (that night) to fix it. I feel like Cayman Crossing is a safe, affordable place to live with excellent management and I’d recommend it to anyone.
UPDATE: I finished my lease there and feel better about Cayman Crossing now than I did when I first wrote this review. You just can’t go wrong with this place. Gary has monthly cookouts for all of the residents which are a great way to enjoy awesome food and meet the neighbors!
