Panda Express

Worst Panda Express I’ve ever had. Kung pow taste smokey and burnt and looks like the noodles are left over scraps. Was not helpful when I called about the order.

Ok… the «One Star» was not for food quality but service. I am a VERY frequent and loyal fan of both Panda’s here in Aggieland… BUT, on this date, we run through the drive through for quick pickup to go home and relax. When we pulled up the order there was two cars in front of us, the employee took our order, then said «We are out of Orange Chicken, do you want something else?» I asked do you think you’ll have it ready when we pull up to window, she replied «of course!» Ok, that was exactly at 7:03pm, we got to the window at 7:10pm. The lady took our payment and said «your order will be right up.» So we watched through the window, utter chaos! The restaurant only had two people sitting in it, but about ten to twelve-​ish waiting in line. It appeared they were out of fried rice, orange chicken and A-​Lot of other items. The guy made my son’s soda, BUT didn’t give it to us, set it inside the window and continued to ignore us until opening the window at 7:21 (ten minutes after taking our payment) and said are you sure you want to wait, we are still out of a lot of stuff!” I asked what… he was flustered! I told him we’ve already been sitting here for over twenty minutes now, so hate to start over at another restaurant (it was now 7:25). He slams the window… my wife calls the restaurant to talk to a manager, they stated they didn’t have one on duty, no apology, no nothing, finally at 7:31 we got our food… no one apologized for the wait, or anything, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Still waiting to hear from management a week later. Not returning to this location until change in management and attitudes!

Slower than slow and not apologetic about it either. The drive through is a joke and if you are genuinely in a hurry, skip this place all together. The food always tastes like it was made yesterday and they run out of things at 11:15… Um hello, peak lunch time is noon. Need more quick lunch options in that area. This one is meh, and certainly NOT quick.

Terrible service, half of the food was cooked. It took over 20 min to actually het our food. The music playlist is complete shit. The tables were dirty as my asshole after eating this shit food. I would rather cook my own toes and eat than come back to this establishment.

Got my food right on time. Loved it, I don’t know what James is talking about. His food was made promptly and delivered to his table even. I’m sure if he would have asked they would have even fed it to him lol!

It’s now my boba tea haven in bcs. Great service to top it off.
