Greasy dirty floors, greasy cups, dirty utensils and freshly washed plates with food still stuck on them. Told the staff member the plates were still dirty that she was putting out and all she did was roll her eyes and ignore us. We will never be back

I came with my boyfriend and friend. I was not impressed by the food. It seemed as if the food had been sitting out for awhile. And pretty much every table, including the booth seats and chairs, were dirty. Also, my boyfriend had asked one of the employees if someone could change the channel on the tv, she said yes but once he walked back to the table she just proceeded to walk outside on her phone. I’ve never had anything bad to say about Cici’s till now. I probably won’t be back.

I was surprised when presented with a bill of more than 8 dollars for the same buffet that’s under 6 dollars in Houston. When I reminded her that I drink only water, I was informed that a drink was included in the price whether I wanted it or not. Seems strange that anyone would accept this kind of behavior from a business. I won’t be going back.

Love this cicis. This place is good. Went here on Friday night after playing games at vertans park. I love the seletion. But even better that there is a game room and that u could win tickets. There is not a cicis In San Antonio like that. And the bathrooms r clean. I’m coming back here next time.

The appearance of this location is clean and organized. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pizzas are made quickly and you can get any pizza you wish made to your liking. This location offers speedy service and very good pizza at a reasonable price. When you combine this with their attention to detail and a desire to provide you with an enjoyable experience, you have a recipe for success. If you are in the market for an enjoyable pizza experience, this is the place to come. Everything they do is done well here and that is deserving of five stars.

Great service, pizza variety, freshness, you can order the pizza you want, clean… I am OCD at times and I feel very comfortable using the bathroom here.

The staff is always friendly but the restaurant and restrooms tend to be dirty. The pizza is generic buffet grade and salad bar wilted. If you pay with a debit card, be prepared to have an additional $ 0.50 fee added to your bill (which I find unacceptable). The best selling point of this establishment is the game room which serves as an excellent distraction for the kids along with the two large screen TVs. With all the better pizza options available in Bryan, my suggestion is that you skip Cici’s unless you have kids to entertain.
