Daisy’s Dojo

Daisy’s Dojo — A parents perspective:
My son has taken karate at Daisy’s Dojo for two years. He has always done well academically, but I wanted him to be well-​rounded and to do something physical. I have seen his self esteem, his leadership skills, and confidence take off! He has thrived at Daisy’s Dojo!
I have seen huge improvements in some of the students she has taught who have ADD, autism and other learning disabilities. These kids thrive in her structured environment — it has been amazing to watch them grow.
Sensei Daisy teaches very traditional karate that is focused on technique and skills. The students will learn some Japanese in addition to some history, and will have teaching hours as they advance in rank. Some of her students use her classes as their PE credit for their school.
I honestly believe all children could benefit from her program!
