First time here and I tried 3 tacos. I had chicharrón with beans, chorizo and potatoes and also the rajas with cheese(this one is poblano slices with chunks of white cheese). They were all great and it reminded me of being at my mom’s house and eating the leftover dinner as breakfast. I really didn’t see a menu posted and I wonder if throughout the day they change what they serve or maybe it depends on the day you go? Will have to go back and see.

Maggie’s Taqueria just gets it right: fresh ingredients and speedy service in a scrupulously clean venue. The flour tortillas combine just the right amount of stretch and bite into one flavorful piece of comfort food. I assume(and infer from Greg D.‘s review) that the tortillas are made on site. Taco fillings are chosen from a 15-ingredient array: chorizo, beef, eggs(Mexican style, plain, cheese), potatoes, nopales(prickly pear cactus), each one excellent. Tacos are served with an picante green jalapeño sauce or red chile version. To those for whom it is important, the staff wash their hands between touching the cash register and making tacos. This place is a favorite among hard-working tradesman, but the wait is never long. If you choose to sit at a table, the staff will ably take care of you, to include refilling coffee. One large table can accommodate families.

Mmmmmmmmmmmagies! Needs all those extra mmmmmmm’s because the breakfast tacos are mmmmmmmmmmmmmm good! I get the flour tortillas and they are made fresh. My favorites are chorizo egg and cheese or bacon egg and cheese… but tried some castus(yes CACTUS) egg and cheese one time and it was pretty delish too. Great local business… great way to start the day.

Quick, clean, and a good selection of tacos. I really enjoy their nopal and their papas mexicana, but everything else I’ve had is very good too. Cafeteria style so you can go straight in and out.

We stopped today while out garage sale(ing). Wow! We tried the chicken gordita, ground beef and potato taco and a shredded beef taco… all was very, very good. However, the husband and I agree, the shredded beef is one of our new cravables. Thanks for the recommendation Greg!

Here’s a cute little privately owned Mexican restaurant that can be real easy to miss. It’s in the same shopping center as the Shell station. I was simply pumping gas and staring off into space like we all do when pumping gas. Suddenly I realized… «Wait a second, what the heck? Is THAT a Taqueria I have never seen or heard of?» So I stopped in for some tacos. Who wouldn’t? What I found here was an extremely –exceptionally– sparkling CLEAN, and interesting little family operated restaurant. A bit small, with one larger table and half a dozen small one. There was an entire family eating lunch when I arrived. Forgive me for posting photos of half eaten food, but I was really wanting to try these and almost forgot to take a photo. What is in the photos are; The extremely clean open steam table, Maggie herself waiting on a customer, a fajita taco with everything. Maggie was very nice and asked if I liked her food. She then proceeded to go back to the kitchen, come out and show me all of the breads and tortillas that she makes fresh right there. Even Gordita breads. And she told me to come back. I asked how long this had been here and they said they have been open about two years. One of the nice things about this setup, is that with the open steam table right in the middle of the restaurant, you can see all of the food and pick what you want visually, if at first you are not sure what you want. I think this is one of the cleanest Taquerias that I have ever seen. I picked up a business card on the way out and it says that they do catering also. I would say go for it. Thumbs up.
