Worked with Budah. He helped us find the perfect home and walked us through all the paperwork. Once moved in the staff was friendly and easy to deal with.
I definitely recommend this place to someone looking to have a good experience while renting.

Work with Andy. Dude provided excellent service when I was looking for a place. We had some issues while living there but they always came out promptly to fix whatever it was. The response time always depended on the severity of the issue. There was a serious water leak once and they came out within a few minutes. Another time there was a sort of bug infestation directly outside of the apartments. The bugs weren’t getting into the apts but they were more of a nuisance. It took the pest guy about a day to get out there and spray. Overall, great place to rent from.

Do NOT expect to get service. You may see 50 + ads from «Budah» yet he will not return emails or calls. Don’t bother leaving a voicemail or speaking with someone else (or even Budah himself when he says he will call you back). Apparently it is one agent trying to help every client and that is impossible. And if they don’t contact you, you can presume it will be the same case with maintenance issues. And his listing are very old properties and WILL have issues.

More real estate, less service
I rented a property from this company when living in College Station, and the management was okay. The inexpensive rent of $ 350 per month near Texas A&M was the best part of the property; otherwise, it was a fight and hassle to get new appliances and to have the AC replaced. None of these issues were fun to deal with during a hot Texas summer. The company, like some of the other management groups in the city, is accustomed to renting to international students who do not know any better and are willing to accept inferior services because having running water, plumbing, water heater, fridge, and gas range are more than they have in their home country. I found it strange that I had to forcefully request that the rental company replace the extremely rusted stove and the refrigerator that would not drop below 54 F.
