Pizza Hut

By far the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The pizza had barely any cheese, the pizza was burnt and they service was substandard. I can promise you that I’ll never ever visit this establishment again. I give them a negative 4 stars!!!

I haven’t ordered from here about 2 years because of numerous terrible experiences from wait time to the manager actually threatening us saying he knew where we lived (no we weren’t «those customers» either). But decided to try them today and everything went pretty smooth. Delivery was on time and the driver was super nice. Maybe too nice, but hey, I will take that over the alternative. The bread sticks were kinda hard but it could be because it’s so cold out and it was delivery. One pizza tasted just ok and the other was kinda soggy on the bottom, but the cookie was amazing. I will stick with domino’s but good to know that they seem to be working on things.

It gets one star because it will not let me rate zero stars. First. The pizza is lousy. Ok, I do not like chain store pizza. It goes against the Chicagoan in me. But, this Pizza Hut is a hole. The pizza dough is sub-​par. The service is horrendous. And be prepared to wait. Went in and ordered a pizza. 25 minutes was the wait time. My ticket told me 30. (This was for a personal pizza) Went to the counter after 30 minutes and Ms. Attitude came back with the pizza. It felt as if it had been ready for 10 minutes. The attitude of these folks is amazing. You would think the owner should feel lucky to have these class acts working for him. The lady in front of me came in for her pizza. (again it was to be ready in 25 minutes). Ms. Attitude went in the back and found out it was going to be another 15 minutes. The customer voiced her displeasure, and Ms. Attitude replied she wasn’t even supposed to be there. ???Like someone else said, don’t stay there/don’t let the tables fool you. And the men’s room was locked, so hold it while you are there. Go to Safeway and buy a Digiornos. Go to Domino’s and get better. Fact. You can place an order at Pizza Hut. Go on your phone and place an order at Domino’s, and your Domino’s order will be done first. Not advertising for Domino’s, just really telling you to avoid this Pizza Hut at all costs. Cheers!

Food is typical Pizza Hut, but employees are rude and wait time is too long for the pizza.

Do not try to eat in this pizza hut. Despite the tables, chairs, restrooms and wall art in the restaurant– they have no plates, utensils or wait staff. All they have is rude employees. Food is just regular pizza hut, im sure it is fine for delivery.

We frequently order from this Hut on lazy evenings. Mostly, orders taste like what I expect. Fortunately, online ordering allows avoidance of human interaction. The phone orders here have rarely been intelligible.
The delivery times are often much earlier than estimated. I like that. I’ve had no messed up orders and the drivers have always been pleasant.
