Awful. Don’t have items ready on time for you and don’t even notify you that they’re backed up so you show up for your item (s) and surprise they’re not ready :) they overcharge and when you pick your items up, they need more work, more time waiting and more money

Friendly staff. They are excellent if you need a garment within hours of drop off for cleaning and alterations. They are great with stain removal and informs you ahead of time of stains that may be difficult to remove. They also except all major credit cards which is most important because who carries cash and a check book these days.

Reasonable prices, friendly staff. If you are a repeat customer they quickly learn your preferences. Up front about the extent of their stain removal capabilities if they think they will have trouble with a particular stain.

I have been a loyal customer for a long time here at Bryn Mawr Cleaners and will never go elsewhere. Their cleaning is superb and mostly importantly, their service is really great. I realize through my experience with dry cleaners that no cleaner is perfect with the garments that are handed in and that not every stain is removed. However, whenever there was a stain that was not removed correctly, the staff was always respectful and more than helpful in making fair decisions. I am a bit of a fashion lover so I get a lot of clothing altered. Their alterations are done very well. I now live in New York but have to come to the Philadelphia area a lot so I always stop by the store to do any alterations because they never seem to disappoint.

i finally wore one of the garments i got cleaned here recently (9 months later) and noticed that one of the stained areas i pointed out to be addressed is now a discolored splotch, rendering my dress suitable only for very dimly lit venues or the donate bin.

I’ve only been here once so far, but they did a great job on my suit coat (small, women’s — about $ 6 for just a clean, $ 7.50 with stain removal, at least for the material/​size of my coat). I think it’s one of the cheaper ones on the Ardmore-​Bryn Mawr stretch I was comparing. The staff were really nice, too. I’ll definitely be back.
