Kevin is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure you get the right bike and gear for your needs, and he doesn’t try to upsell you. Kevin embodies all of the reasons that you should choose a Local Bike Shop over a big box store, and he does a great job of looking out for the Haverford and Bryn Mawr students who bike past his shop.

Reiterating my point… Kevin is the man! My brother, who is quite the biker, had a loose«shifting» cable and brought the bike into Kevin at M&M. Kevin spotted the problem right away, the cable slipped from whatever the thing is that holds it in place… he fixed it up in seconds and told my bro no charge… Returning the favor, brother Jon purchased a new riding shirt from Kevin. Again, this is exactly the type of behavior you want from a business owner! Keep up the good work Kevin!

This is an awesome bike shop! They carry everything you need and Kevin is so nice and very patient. I bought a new bike last week and had my old bike tuned up. I feel the prices are fair. I am excited to get back to riding.

Went in to get my bike seat fixed after I my bike fell over on its side and the seat fell off. I had really made a mess of things as I had tried to reassemble the seat by myself and of course completely screwed it up. Kevin was extremely patient and fixed my mess of a seat with a smile, readjusted the seat angle for optimum riding, and even replaced missing parts that I guess I lost when my bike fell over. I also bought some lights that he quickly installed onto my bike. Kevin even pumped my wheels with air which at the time I didn’t even know my wheels needed air. After Kevin’s wonderful work I can really feel the difference when riding and I am so glad I went in. I wholeheartedly recommend this bike shop for all of your riding/bike needs. Kevin really does know what he’s doing and it is a very pleasant experience overall.

Terrific Customer Service! I went in to this local gem for help with my spinning shoes. Got them fixed up no problem with a smile. If you need anything bike related and live in the area stop in, you won’t be disappointed.

M&M Two Wheelers is the epitome of the age old phrase«local bike store» in every sense. There’s no up-sell here, just knowledgeable and extremely friendly folks who want to do their best to help you. I bought my first road bike here a few months ago after visiting several other bike shops on the mainline. After my first visit to talk with the staff and check out the selection, I knew immediately I’d be purchasing from here. I dealt with Kevin, the owner(who is always there and constantly wrenching on bikes), and was at ease with his calm demeanor, knowledge and low pressure. Since purchasing my bike, Kevin has also helped me with maintenance and troubleshooting several small niggling issues and adjustments(all of which have been my own fault: P). I’ve even attended an organized weekday ride or two with Kevin and it’s clear that he treats his customers as his friends — the ride was extremely social and once again confirmed I had chose the right shop to buy from. If you’re looking not just to purchase a bike, any equipment or have any maintenance done, but also to INVEST in a local bike shop that values it’s customers greatly… look no further.
