Everything went as I would expect. The only negative thing I have to say about this Quest Diagnostics is that I had to wait about 30 minutes. There were three people ahead of me and only one staff member working. It is understandable that I had to wait because the office was not staffed adequately. I was still in and out in about 45 minutes. Kathy(the staff member) was very nice and professional.

They clearly felt annoyed when my son came in for a blood test. They refused to take his insurance even though it was valid and even refused when we said we would pay cash(he really needed the blood test for a disorder). They ripped up his blood work prescription. We had to go back to the DR. to get a new prescription and went to a different Quest Diagnostics who gladly filled the order and took our Aetna insurance. Really bizarre — they just didn’t want to be bothered.

Had a 7am appointment. Door was locked until 7:10. Wrong!!! Once I got in, things weren’t much better. Ever been to a place where you feel like all the employees are annoyed by your presence?

They’re quick. It usually takes less than 5 minutes before you’re in and out. And they’re friendly. I’ve also noticed that they play the radio and there’s a pleasant smell of popcorn every time I go there, which is calming. I just hate getting my blood drawn(I really don’t know what it is), but one time the technician stuck the needle really deep and I got the ugliest bruise that lasted for days… this is embarrassing to say, but I almost fainted. haha. Anyway, I think the problem was more me than her. Overall, the place was great
