My toddler loved the place, had a lot of fun. It’s a great option for a bad weather day. The only reason I am hesitant to return is that we can’t bring food for kids. And they put kids snacks on display, so my boy sees it and wants it all the time, of course it’s triple price for the same trivial stuff everyone has at home. Anything works to make profit. Please don’t put kid’s snacks on display! My kid is overweight. I bring him to play, not to get fat.

Good concept nice toys but I was not impressed. Met my girlfriend and her son there hoping my little non walker could have a safe fun place to crawl around but instead I had to hold him the entire time I was there. With it being flue season I would have expected to see a cleaner place and the no shoe policy enforced. Instead I saw parents and kids wearing shoes and dirty floors. Did not want to venture and inspect toys for fear of what I would find. The only thing I saw being cleaned was the board in which the kids get to be creative, cleaned more than once while nothing else was touched. Again great concept but definitely not a place I would go back to as my little one grows.

I’m a hypocrite. Why am I a hypocrite? Because I generally think that«I had one bad experience with this business so I’m gonna punish them with a 1 star» reviews are unfair — both to the business and to potential customers looking for information. BUTTODAY, CALLMEMR. HYPOCRITEBECAUSE I’M GONNALEAVEONEOFTHOSEREVIEWS! We’re visiting the in-laws with the toddler and a massive case of cabin fever. We find TPC and think — yay, kid-friendly activities and a break for the parents! It’s the day after Xmas, so we check the website before we drive the 30 minutes. Website says closed 12.24&12.25 so we figure 12.26 is back to normal hours.(anyone see where this is going?) We stuff the kid in the car, drive 30 min into the unknown only to find the lights out, the chairs up and a stupid cardboard sign on the front door that said ‘ATTENTIONPARENTSLOOKINGFOR A BREAK — EAT A BAGOF D’S’ Actually, it just said closed 12⁄24 — 12/26, but it might as well just have been a pic of a middle finger. NOWWHAT? I’ve been promising this kid a playspace and a muffin for 30 minutes and she’s freaking out and screaming to get out of the carseat. Thank god for Panera Bread & Petco down the ride. Pro Tip: Pet stores make perfectly good outings for 2 yr olds. Screw you guys. TLDR: drove 30 minutes to find out they lied and were actually closed

I have been here about 5 times now… but the last time we visited I noticed a new sign in the window saying«no outside food allowed». Really? In a place designed for kids? My daughter has an egg allergy, so she can’t eat the $ 4 muffins they sell, and the frozen bagels are barely edible. My neighbor’s little girl has Celiac disease, so she would be stuck with the string cheese as an option. I am not asking to bring in outside coffee or anything. But should be able to pack my own snacks for my little ones. In this day and age, with food allergies, I just don’t think you can ban outside food and then not have kid friendly options… in a place that is supposed to be for children. Sorry, I don’t think we’ll be back.

Okay, four months after our first visit and we definitely enjoyed it more the second time around! The staff is friendly and engaging, there seems to be more activities for the kids and I love how the seating is arranged for parents to relax while their kids play. Perhaps we are enjoying it more because our son is more independent now. Either way, I am glad we gave it a second shot. Will definitely be coming back :)

After all of the snow, it has been so nice to get out of the house and let the kids play while I can relax, read a book, and keep an eye on them.

Perfect place to get my 2 year old boys out of the house for a quick hour. The name says it all. Plenty of toys and play items in a safe environment with great coffee and adult food. Support local businesses like this!

We had my daughter’s birthday party here last weekend and it was an unbelievable success. We had a pirate themed party and the staff at The Play Café did an amazing job with the theme. My daughter and all her preschool friends had an absolute blast. The girls especially had so much fun on the stage with all the dress up clothes. I would highly recommend hosting a party here and we can’t wait to go back for a visit.

I love this place! Really cute, entertaining AND educational for kids. It just opened, so I’m sure they are still figuring out the kinks. I came here on Sunday with my friend and her daughter who is 16 mos. and walking. They do have a section for the babies with padding and cushiony-type things to climb on, but mostly it’s a big room with drawers of toys and activities, a vertical Lego wall and a stage with dress-up costumes. She had a ball and the other kids looked like they were having fun too. There is also a counter to order coffee(LaColombe = yessss please!!) and a grab-n-go refrigerated case(like you see at Starbucks) with salads, sandwiches and drinks. I think they serve soup too. There are a bunch of tables and chairs for the adults to sit at and take a breath. I can picture stay-at-home parents coming first thing in the morning to let their kids run wild while they wake up with a cup of coffee. While I don’t have children of my own, all of my friends do and I will be telling everyone about this awesome new place!

We heard of this place opening and were excited to take the kids. We called to verify the hours for Saturday and a nice man on the phone said they will open at 10AM on Saturday. We psyched our kids all morning on the new fun place they will go to and made plans to meet another family there. I packed the kids and a diaper bag and we were ready for adventure. We got there at 10:40 I parked in the lot across the street and put some money in the meter and crossed the street with 2 excited kids. We were greeted by a sign saying the is closed for a private party. What a disappointment for the kids especially that were looking forward to a new play place. If you have a place that caters to kids and families you need to be open and reliable with steady hours that parents can rely on and even more important make sure you give correct information on the phone. Had to pick 2 kids and deal with their tears in the car. Luckily our friends found another place, we ended up going to «Lulus Casita» in Ardmore which ended up being a great time.
