these people never «have time». they’re always busy and customer service is subpar at best. went in to get a cut and style. three people were ahead of me… all men, three men were in line after me. when it was my turn and was asked what I wanted I said «please take an inch off and I would like my hair straightened». the lady that cut my hair said she could cut it today and I would have to make an appointment for a style. no where in the establishment does it state that. clearly my facial expressions showed I was angry. in the end she offered to comp my cut «so I can go up the street and see if they can style my hair for me» if I weren’t on time constraints, I’d do my own hair and go somewhere other than great clips for a cut and style.

I went in to get a haircut and of course I already knew what I wanted. I shower the girl that was cutting my hair a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it! I love my new haircut.
The only thing I had a problem with was how long the wait was. When I walked in I wasn’t even greeted, and no one asked to sign me in. So while I was sitting there I checked in online to make sure my spot was saved. Their was nine people on their list by the time I was called and only 3 girls cutting hair, but their was more people in their backroom laughing and chatting. I could tell that some of the people waiting were a little uneasy.
Next time I’ll check in before I get there and maybe call and ask hoe many people are waiting ahead.
