Pro: Tony (owner) is friendly and conscientious. Slide arrived in plenty of time for party. Slide was clean upon arrival and set up was secure. Tony explained how to connect the hose for misting when we were ready. The kids loved the slide; it was a fun asset for pool party with lots of kids.
I don’t mind extra phone calls for clarification. I prefer that Tony cares; I don’t want to be forgotten. Running a small business is challenging; they worked hard to provide
service. I don’t need every microscopic detail to be perfect. We had a good experience.

Pro:
–They had a bouncer available on short notice when my normal company was sold out.
Cons:
–Showed up 30 – 40 minutes late.
–Bouncer had tons on holes and ripped stitching that required two blowers to keep it mostly inflated.
–Bouncer inside was obviously never cleaned from previous party, full of straw and dirt from another event.
–Lots of unnecessary phone calls. Seriously, call one time to get all the details, that’s it. 1 call for most details, 1 for the ones he forgot, 1 to confirm, 1 to tell me they were late, 1 to tell me so sorry they were really late, and 1 to ask when to come get the bouncer even though I told them to just come get it when my time was up.
He did give me 10% off for being so late but only after I called the second time asking why they STILL weren’t here.
