My Enchanted Fairytale Party

I’m so very sad to have to leave a negative review but I haven’t heard back from Jessica even though I’ve attempted several different contacts.
She has closed her business down and that is understandable because she posted on the business wall that summer business has been too slow to maintain her party business, however, I was not made aware of this as a booked customer. I found out after the fact when trying to track her down as to why she never showed up for my daughter’s Katy Perry themed party.
I have all of our emails back and forth confirming the booking, I booked her 2 months before the event to ensure that she would be able to do it. She told me that she would be there between 2:30−4 as «Katy». She even sent images of the costume to be sure it was what I wanted. We were all set in my mind.
I became slightly worried when I tried to email her the day before the party just confirming the time when she didn’t respond but I thought maybe she was just busy.
Day of the party: All the girls are super excited to meet Katy and have her paint their faces and nails. This was eleven 4 – 6 year old girls. At 2:30 I texted the phone number I had in the email to find out if she was on her way. I got no response. I attempted to call the number and got no answer. For an hour and a half I kept assuring the girls that she would be there. I ended up telling them that Katy was super busy and maybe her plane was late. They were very disappointed, especially my daughter.
After the party was finished, I again attempted to contact her through email and looked at the email to find out her business name again. I then searched the web for her business page and saw the «CLOSED» notice on the main page. Of course I wish I had found this sooner because then I might have been able to book someone else.
All Jessica had to do was drop me an email sometime between May and July and I could have easily booked someone else. I would have been understanding. I heard nothing from her and so far she has not responded to any of my emails.
I too own a small business and I know that hard times happen but I would never leave a booked customer out to dry like that. All it would have taken was 1 email, even after the fact, apologizing and I would have been able to feel resolved over this.

Jessica, Thank you for making Rhiley Rose’s party the best party ever! I have never been so impressed with a party and all of Rhiley’s friends mothers were amazed at the decorations. I thought it was so amazing how you came in my home, took over and produced a party that I could never have pulled off myself and none of us will ever forget. You turned her 2^nd Birthday into a day of magic. You handled the girls with such kindness and caring, none of them wanted you to leave! You can tell that you really love working with children. They had such a blast! Job well done!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We will definitely be using My Enchanted Fairytale Parties again and telling all of our friends to use you as well!

I had contacted this company about coming to my twin girls’ 7^th birthday party. My girls declared they were too old for a princess and she suggested having a «diva» hostess party. I also had ponies at the party. Everything ran smoothly and I was impressed with her outfit and hair which looked perfect as a diva hostess. The girls were enthralled with her. She did some games and led some dances and singing. Afterwards she did face painting and even balloons. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. It really added a special and memorable experience for everyone at the party!

Horrible business. Belle was booked for my niece’s 3^rd birthday party on Saturday. This was booked over a month ago and Belle cancelled the day of and never sent a replacement or give any notice. Her excuse she had another party to go to. My sister and my niece were in tears. How can a business who are advertised as making a child’s day special ruin a 3yr olds birthday and not even an apology. If I could they would get 0 stars
