Amazing place. Never knew anything about vaping. Walked in, in hopes to stop smoking cigarettes, mission accomplished. Each employee went into detail, over any questions I had. Spent an hour each time shopping for different models and juices. Had a problem with my first vape, they didn’t hesitate to help. Got it working. Recently went in for an upgrade, and spent another hour shopping with the employee right there helping me and even assembled it for me. Recommended to another coworker and she too has stopped smoking. Prices are definitely affordable as well. 5⁄5!

My joytech wouldn’t charge anymore. 90 day warranty. 6 days left on it. I took the mod, receipt, & manufacturers warranty in with me today and asked kindly if they would replace the battery or refund me. I was denied and told to mail it in myself. As a fairly new business I don’t see how they think they can treat customers this way. If they’re going to sell products behind their business name then they should honor them under warranty. They could have easily taken the device and mailed it back themselves. But instead they chose to lose a loyal repeat customer. Online ordering was a lot easier and nicer. Try extreme vapor. From Glendale. The gal that does the online orders is extremely professional and takes pride in what she sells. Knowledgeable. If they make a mistake, they make up for it. Defective product?-they will help you. Happy vaping :) oh and right back at you sky vape! Screw me? Screw you! Word of mouth is a real bitch. So are reviews that you can’t delete. Do not shop this place. Terrible customer service by a very disinterested salesman named Sean. He barely answered any questions and seemed more enthusiastic about sneaking off to the bathroom with his buddies. I was ready to walk out but a nicer young man whose name I can’t recall took the time to assist me. I spent 180.00 for two vapes and 4 juices. One vape quit after one day and the other quit just a day later. They are giving me bullshit excuses that they have to video the nonfunctional vape in order to return it to the company WTF? It looks like they are going to rip me off but Monday I’m calling my credit card company reverse the charges. Whoever owns this place, your days are numbered if you treat customers this way. I would have been a repeat customer, but no way in hell now. Very unrecommended, drive a few extra miles, this store is not worth it.

Premium juice, excellent prices, fun staff. Will definitely come here again. Most places are over priced and have few flavors these guys have a lot of choices.

They never open on time. And I’m talking hrs late then posted times. Only one person there is nice. The prices are a bit much in comparison. Plus they alter the juice. I asked for a 6mg of a flavor when I got it bottle had been labeled 0mg and plastic around cap had been removed. Who knows what they could have done.

I had the most worthless experience with these guys. I bought a big bottle of juice thinking it was a different flavor. My mistake but this guy wouldn’t swap it out. That’s a lot of expensive juice to choke down. I was one of their first customers and spent another 50 bucks during this visit alone. Not to mention the hundreds spent prior to today. Too bad. I was glad to see a decent vape store so close to home. I’ll drive a little further to get better service. Bad customer service is a big reason businesses fail here in Buckeye.
