Felt like the service was very rushed. Employees weren’t very kind. One just sat up front counting a stack of cash and left us waiting. Overpriced too. Won’t be back. Also sketchy to give credit card here

Horrible customer service… rude is an understatement! I had my eyebrows permanently done, she messed up the shape then blamed me for it, saying that’s what i wanted… how could i want something i can’t see while she’s doing it. It’s now time to go back for the touch– up but she won’t make an appointment that’s feasible pushing me out week at a time. NEVER GET PERMANENT MAKE UP HERE… SPEND THE MONEY N GO TO PROFESSIONAL.

I was looking for a nail salon to get my nails done as I am very picky how clean they are. I decided on this salon, they were busy but I only waited two minutes, my nail tech greeted me and sat me down, water was warm, they put linings in the pedicure bowls and all of the files used are new and they give them to you once finished. My pedicure was good, the Calus remover was just ok, didn’t leave my feet smooth but the hot stone massage made up for it. I will be coming back here from now on!

My daughter and I had the deluxe mani with paraffin wax and Callus remover. I’ve been to several different salons and this was the second time here. place is very clean and the wait was only about 10 minutes. This older woman walked up and waived me over and pointed to a chair…(no greeting or any conversation). Once seated, I placed my feet in the water and it was not even warm (brrr). I made a comment and the technician (older woman) went right to work trimming my nails… usually they let your feet soak for quite a few minutes. When she stopped cutting an filing. The nails were cut at an angle with little rough spots. I pointed this out and she filed again… still rough looking. my daughter had the same experience. She handed me a menu and I pointed to what I wanted. She hurried through the callus remover and she removed the paraffin wax while it was still hot??? When done with the French tip. she put my sandals on and walked off. The person that was helping my daughter asked how we were going to pay. The whole thing was $ 73 for both of us (without tip). Not a single greeting or thank you for coming in. When we got outside, I noticed that the white tips on both big toes were crooked and there was a spot where the white polish had been smudged and polished over with clear… I didn’t bother going back in for a correction… won’t be returning… also, not sure what was up, but the entire time we were there, the woman who worked at the first station by the door, kept getting up and strutting back and forth through the the place wearing a see through blouse, shortie shorts and lucite stilettos like a prostitute on Van Buren St.

Have gotten my nails done here 2 different occasions and same experience both times
It lacks energy, I go in get my nails done the girls talk ignoring you the entire time and expect a bigger tip then what they deserve, seriously one of the worst places to get nails done, as for eye brow waxing it’s like annoying for telling them how specific you want them. Not everyone wants thin skinny brows, c’mon this isn’t the 90’s

I had the deluxe pedi/​mani it was amazing and Jolie was great. I am very happy :) I will be definitely coming back for other services and will send my husband as well.

HORRIBLE. I wanted the coffin shape nails and my tips are all different shapes. I wanted them rounded but they somehow are squared and the ends are pointy. After I said no to gel 5 times she still wanted me to get gel so that I can leave right away I wasn’t In a hurry and I hate gel because I love changing my color often. I wanted matte & the lady told me that sometimes it doesn’t always work so they don’t do matte at their salon. Meanwhile I overheard a lady getting a pedi ask for matte and her lady was perfectly fine with giving it to her. I even have extra acrylic on the sides of my nails & on the back of my nails that is extremely annoying. She even cut my pinky! The full set it $ 25 & the pedi is $ 21 I still don’t understand how my total came out to $ 62! Will never ever go here again.

I have been going to them for several years. I have been very happy with the quality of service. Always give me great pedis and gell manicures. Good prices and staff. They know what they are doing.

I love this place. They are friendly and hospitable. Cindy does an awesome job and my hands and feet. They are always busy (which is a good sign for a nail salon) so I recommend making an appt or showing up early.

Wait time was decent. It was one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever gotten, but I’ve had worse. The constant talking to the employees is annoying. I am here for a service, pay attention to your client. The store wasn’t very clean either. My daughter got an eyebrow wax as well and her skin ripped off, which is caused from improper removal. I will not be going here again.

This is a quick place to go when you need your nails done in Buckeye. Average price for a pedi, which is the only thing I usually get.
The shop is clean, relaxing and the nail techs are very nice.
I like to go in and relax and not chit chat with them. And they don’t. They just do their thing and move on.
I will return to this place :)

Great Nail place in Arizona! My gel manicure lasted two weeks and still looks great! Good service and nice staff.

Took my Mom in for her first pedicure. We both really enjoyed the experience and love how well our feet look.

This place is awesome! They are nice, efficient and clean. Their prices are about average to the area. I have never been treated badly. The nail technicians really do like to put a good product out so your nails always look good when you leave. They try to accommodate any and all requests within reason. Kathy does awesome nail art! For me it’s worth the 20 minute drive to be treated well!

This place was perfect! The inside was new and modern, they even had cute chairs for children. My nails came out perfect and the technician did exactly as I asked without making me feel bad! I live over 45 mins from the location but I plan to return!

I was visiting family and needed a place to go to. I found this place on Unilocal and went here because of the reviews. I got a pink and white fill and a gel pedi while my mom got a gel mani & pedi. The service was great and our nails look amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone and plan to go here next time we visit

Joelee and Cindy are the nicest! Quiet but when they do speak it’s to help or answer questions. They just became my go tos. Pd the luxury rise pedi is the best… Worth the price.

My husband and I went here and had a GREAT time. They took their time, were friendly, gentle and very attentive to our needs. They did an AWESOME job on our pedicures and manicures. We recommend this place to everyone!

Worst pedicure EVER!!! Cut my cuticles and I have several literal cuts on my toes — scabbing has begun. The language barrier was impossible. Instead of a $ 60 Rose Petal pedicure — I had them stop at the nail trim, put polish on and just plain STOP. Cost me $ 21 dollars to get out of there.
Seriously wonder if the young girl had any type of license– there were certainly none on display.
Too many other great nail salons to have great experiences.
If you don’t speak their native language, i seriously WARN you.
