I absolutely love Dunkin Coffee! It is the best! I go there frequently and use my Dunkin app. It saves me a lot of money. I like their iced coffee best and a breakfast sandwich on a bagel. I prefer their coffee over any other coffee joint. They are fast and always friendly! Plus, the drive thru is perfect for me since I have small kids!

They have 1 drink I like. The service is terrible and rude. Their donuts are usually hard. Half the time their espresso machine is broken.

I generally love Dunkin Donuts — donuts, muffins, and coffee drinks. However… on a recent road trip between Phoenix and LA, me and a friend of mine stopped at this location for a bite of breakfast. I was pleased to see the offerings of breakfast sandwiches and chose the Big N’ Toasted… MISTAKE! Whatever Dunkin Donuts considers an egg, is NOT an EGG. That is one of the most deplorable things — texture and taste — that I’ve ever put in my mouth. I’m not giving up on DD, but I’ll never have another breakfast sandwich there again!

We are here at least 2 – 4 times a week for coffee and donuts in the morning. The lack of proper management in this place amazes me! The staff is all young and it appears these kids just do what they want, talking on phones hanging out with their friends, I see so much that needs to be done in this place. Where is the manager and don’t they see the poor customer service! Such a disarray in this place. If this town did not run on donuts and coffee this place would shut down! Upside — new hire«Kevin» seems to be the only the employee — keeps himself productive to the last minute! Keep it up Kevin — maybe you will end up the manager!

I am from the East Coast where we have REAL Dunkin’ Donuts. This place does not have fresh donuts more times than not and I can’t get them to make a decent coffee to save their lives. I have decided I won’t be returning and I now understand why everyone raves about Krispy Kreme donuts in AZ, because the Dunkin’ Donuts are terrible out here and I am not a fan of Krisy Kreme either but in comparison to Dunkin’ I’d rather go there too.

Horrible customer service! I was waiting at the counter and no one came, checked the side and a young kid on his cell phone. Lady comes up says«what do you need?». I traveled from Goodyear to Buckeye for coffee and donuts, I will no longer.

Very expensive will only get my free coffee after the Cardinals win on the following Monday. Doughnuts are nasty.

I gave 1 star because the bad customer service I receive every time I go to Dunkin to get my iced coffee. It isn’t just by one person. It is by all of the people who ring me up and hand me my coffee. I understand that you have to be fast because of the drive through too, but there wasn’t 1 smile. Not one person there is nice and friendly — dirty looks and snotty attitudes. I’m definitely going to reconsider stopping here to get my everyday coffee.

Terrible customer service… Everyone acts like they are in hell here. The managers seem like they have been here for years in misery. I don’t understand why people work at dead end places like this while dreading every moment. Do you really think you’re doing yourself a favor, receiving inadequate pay and living in Buckeye? Get your shit together. Quit treating your customers like nuisances when you are the one deciding to make your life less than satisfactory. Take responsibility for yourself and wake the fuck up, don’t smell the fucking coffee if that’s not what you want to do.

I’m not all that crazy about Dunkin Donuts in the first place, as I far prefer Krispy Crème. But since there is no Krispy Crème in Buckeye I do sometimes go to Dunkin. Everytime I have, it’s the same girl at the drive-up window that talks about a million miles an hour, and I have a very hard time understanding her. I have even asked her to slow down and speak clearly, but this has not helped. It makes me dread going there just having to deal with her.

The worst part about this Dunkin is the SMELL! It constantly smells like a burning old toaster oven inside. The poor employees probably have burnt nostrils just from the stench! Their coffee is fine, same as you’d find at any Dunkin Donuts but their donuts are a little off. Not as fluffy, almost like they overlooked them. Honestly I’ll still go here because it’s close to my house but they really need to sort out that problem with the constant burning smell.

I only went here because the local Fry’s Starbucks is remodeling. I’ve gotten coffee and bagels here before and they have been fine, but today I wanted less carbs, something maybe healthier. I got the egg wrap, YUCK, YUCK, YUCK! It cost $ 1.19 for HALF of an egg, probably a melted Kraft single, on a tiny tortilla. It was gross! I can get a spinach feta wrap from Starbucks for a little bit more, but at least I’m getting real food! The only reason I gave two stars was because the coffee is pretty good. But the food and the service is just awful! I don’t think I’ll ever give them my money or time again. Just awful!

We walked in to a long line of people. Clearly a busy time, but also a time to have all hands on deck to make more donuts. Most racks were close to empty. As we decided if we were going to get what was left, the cashier coughed grossly into her hand a continued to serve people’s without washing her hands!!! GAGME! We walked out never to return.

I would love to give this place a five star but this morning I ordered a latte but when I got my order through the drive thru, I got what looked like an iced coffee. I was looking forward to some whip cream on top of my latte. I did not return to the store because I needed to get going to work. Please next time make your Lattes as advertise on the pictures. You’ll have much happier customers especially for those who return to you. Thanks

Ugh! I’m usually not a negative reviewer, but this place just deserves it. The employees are perpetually stoned, the coffee tastes like flavored water, and they have literally NEVER gotten my order right the first try. For good coffee just go to the frys down the street, the Starbucks workers there are slow, but they can make a decent cup. And come to think of it that frys has a bakery that sells donuts too! Just avoid this location!

Well, this is just from a brief passing through Phoenix, but I must say lines were long and my iced coffee was really really sugary. When I finished kt, you could see about a half an inch of just sugar sitting down there!!! So I recommend telling them easy on the sugar. Overall nice job.

I love this location, compared to the others in the city. The girls at the window recognize me and put up with my confused post-Starbucks ordering(it’s like learning a new language). I like that. I have to admit that spikey haired guy once threw my frosted donut in a bag with my son’s munchkins causing them to become glued together with chocolate frosting. Not ideal, but for the people who are okay with their food touching, probably not an issue. There is a angsty kid who seriously made my latte out of chocolate syrup, coffee AND espresso one time. But as soon as I checked out of rehab for my new caffeine addiction, they gave me a new drink, a full punch card and gave that kid a lesson in making the coffees. Win win!

OMG, the previous reviews were absolutely right. These women suck at customer service. My husband wanted a coffee for the road and a few donuts for the twins. He noticed the woman in front of him ordering also an ice coffee and repeating several times, «no sugar, no cream, no milk». My husband wanted just an ice coffee, no sugar since we use stevia. She was really rude when he was ordering the donuts. We finally left with our order, got in the car and drove away. I handed the kids the donuts and realized she shorted us, also guess what, my husband’s unsweetened coffee, was full if corn syrup or whatever crap they use for sweetening that made it taste like a chemical spill. Just awful, he wanted me to taste it, heck no.

If there was a rating less than 1 star, that’s what I would rate this Dunkin Donuts. First off, like the other reviews for this location… the customer service is beyond horrendous! I don’t know what is wrong with the mgmt here, but they need to learn a thing or two about how to train the staff on how to treat the customers. There is no customer service at this location at all… sorry. You all suck! To the stupid lackluster teens who work here, I hope to GOD you go to college and get a degree to hopefully one day get you a better job where you really don’t need to have customer service skills because I feel that you will never reach the peak of decent Customer Service at all! SPLENDA means NOSUGARIDIOTS!!!
