Yes!!! Friendly wait staff Greeted on arrival and open seating. Lots of local people. Check their hours as they closed at 2 today Great café menu. Prices are great and the servings plentiful. We had the egg salad sandwich and Reuben. With fries and onion rings. Our server was friendly and on top of her game. Our drinks never went empty and she checked in with us often Would definitely stop here again!

Delicious breakfast! Good coffee! Excellent service! Highly recommended! They are only open until 2:00 pm, and they were still serving breakfast at 11:30 or so. The atmosphere is diner-ish, bright and open. For a diner, the coffee was nice and strong. I was very satisfied with my eggs; the corned beef hash was homemade and good(maybe a bit greasy). The toast was really good, thick slices, already buttered.

This place is really good, great food for your money especially for breakfast. Service is very friendly and you don’t wait forever for food. A lot of the other breakfast places in the area are much more expensive and not nearly the same quality. Perfect little drive in spot for when you want to grab a quick but to eat. The special #3 is my favorite! Hurry in they close at 2!

Great greasy spoon breakfast joint. Hometown feel, hot coffee, and corned beef hash. Hard to go wrong here– hefty breakfast portions ready quick!

We stopped for breakfast by our way to Searsport and had seen it was packed, and had high hopes. Found a table right away, clean — and within a minute a friendly server. Our order went in and our coffees arrived, very good! Everyone seemed happy and when our specials arrived, we were pleased. Over all experience was positive!

Love this little diner. The staff is friendly and the food is good for what it is. Large portions and wicked cheap. I go all the time.

My son and I walked in with 2 other people, all 4 of us in motorcycle gear, and sat at the bar. We got two different waitresses. The other two were done with their meal(it took them 40 minutes to get it!) Before we got ours. Meal sucked. My hash was more onions and grease than anything else. My son’s sausage couldn’t be tasted over the onions. Toast was good. I then stood at the register for ten minutes trying to pay. After 18 years as a truck driver, I’ve eaten many shaky places… this is not one I’ll go back to.

On a Sunday Morning early, this place was crowded with locals. It appeared like everyone knew each other and it gave the place a real friendly vibe. As far as breakfast is concerned, this is the basics, but prepared wonderfully. My wife and I each had eggs and bacon, which came with home fries. The home fries really stood out. The potatoes tasted like they were pulled from the ground that morning. With such fresh flavor to the potato, there wasn’t a need to drown them in onion and spices — there was just enough to enhance that wonderful potato flavor. Best homefries I’ve ever had(and I’m old). Prices are very very reasonable — we’ll plan our next trip to Maine to pass by around breakfast time.

We were looking for somewhere to get a quick early breakfast and lucked by this great spot. It’s just a plain, homey diner, but the people are friendly, the prices are good, and the food and coffee taste great. Stop in!

My husband and I had our hearts set on breakfast, mmmmm blueberry pancakes that is all I wanted. The first attempt at this ended up with us walking into another local Bucksport joint and walking out after the waitress informed the kitchen(literally as soon as we walked in) that it was 11 and that we would have to settle for lunch menus. Meanwhile the table next to us who hadn’t ordered still had their breakfast menus. So I Unilocaled and Island Rise and Shine came up. It was AWESOME the omelet was the fluffiest I’ve ever had and the pancake was GI-NORMOUS it hung over the plate. It was amazing sweet and flavorful unlike many other pancakes i’ve eaten. The place is not the chicest but it was clean and man was the food delicious.
