I am a new patient to Vision Source and not expecting much from past experiences. I walked in and felt welcomed from the first second. The place was clean and inviting. The staff are all very friendly and no chaos amidst them. I was seen within minutes of my appointment. Dr Siegel is super. He takes his time to talk with you about not only your eyes but also past and present health. You felt his sincere concern when speaking with you. He answers all your questions and explains everything at a level you understand without being condescending. I would highly recommend this location for your eye needs. They also take Care Credit.

Went to this office for exam and purchased glasses and contacts. When I went to order contacts through 1 – 800 the office would not confirm my prescription even though it was less than one year old. Have not had this problem in the past with previous providers. You are sent an automatic email with an appointment for a yearly check-​up, which I couldn’t make. When I tried to rebook for a Saturday the first available appointment was over 6 weeks away. Went with a different provider in the area that had more flexibility with appointments… and better prices.

As a new patient I was very impressed with Dr Seigel’s thorough explanation of our eye exams. The staff was extremely informative as well and not a lot of up-​selling which I appreciated. I only wish they had later hours since my family and I have very busy schedules.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Siegel for almost 10 years now, and I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else! I love the new office — it’s very bright and clean — and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful.
