An Ancient Art

I’m been considering permanent makeup on my eyebrows for a while. They are sparse and the hairs very light. However, I’m been apprehensive because, well, it’s Permanent!
I went to have my eyebrows threaded and was saying that I was thinking of permanent makeup. Mike told me they had an artist in house that could do it for me. He took a picture of my brows to text to her and Yasmeen gave me a call.
From speaking with her, I had such a sense of comfort that I knew she would take good care of me. I went for it!
When I went for my appointment, I first had numbing cream applied to the brow area. Then Yasmeen sat with me and we discussed color and shape. I didn’t want anything too drastic from how I was penciling them so after we found the right color, Yasmeen drew the brows on and they were exactly what I was looking for,
During the procedure, she had me check her work to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. My brows turned out EXACTLY as I hoped they would. They are not too thick or too dark, not too thin or too light. They are PERFECT. I could not be happier with the results,
And just a note about Yasmeen… when you have a personal service performed there is a degree of intimacy between you and your technician, an exchange of energies. Yasmeen has a wonderful spirit She is kind and nurturing. She cares for her clients and makes sure you are comfortable. I love that she has an holistic approach to the services she offers. I can’t wait to try some of her other treatments like cupping and detox.

Yasmeen is so full of knowledge when it comes to the skin, and taking care of it using natural products! My skin had been breaking out due to hormonal changes, and nothing seemed to help. The microdermabrasion treatments and her simple home care regimens (products you’d find in your kitchen!) have cleared up my skin!
The needling treatments have also smoothed out my stretch marks, but it isn’t a quick fix though. It is an extensive process dealing with discoloration at first, which eventually fades with additional microdermabrasion treatments. It is not as costly as laser treatments, but it does work to smooth out the rigid texture of skin that has been stretched out, in my case, due to pregnancy. Again, you have to be patient when choosing needling since it takes a while for discoloration to fade, but it’s so worth it!
Aside from having so much knowledge in holistic skin care and wellness, Yasmeen is always willing to help with your needs in becoming healthy naturally. I love talking to her about what I can do to better improve my overall health! Thanks, Yasmeen!

Been doing microdermabrasion for about a year now & my skin has never looked better. There’s so many things I’ve learned from her as far as beauty, skin, & health tips. Everything she does is all natural so all the money I’ve spent on makeup has practically become obsolete (foundation, powder) and that means any skin care service she provides is an affordable price.
Yasmeen is awesome because she genuinely wants to help her clients feel beautiful and happier with themselves; she’s always willing to answer any questions you may have about anything. Oh and also she’s a living testimony that her techniques work. So seriously, make an appointment. Haha :)

Mike is awesome. He is always is so good at threading, fast painless. But then I had my first appointment with Yasmeen. She was a delight as we discussed my eyebrows which I wanted to have made permanent. As we talked I shared with her my varicose veins and the pain I had at night that made it difficult to sleep. She asked if I had ever had cupping or knew what it was. She explained it to me and did one treatment. I have to say I have not had any pain in my leg since. Yasmeen did a wonderful job on my eyebrows and helped me so much with the pain in my leg. Thank you!
